The pick up attendant on 11/7 was wonderful.The drop off attendant Jeffrey at counter on the morning of 11/15 was rude to my senior citizen husband. Unacceptable and unexpected.

Three other customers with pressing schedules and I showed up at the counter for our 2pm rentals and there was no one manning the desk. Several calls to the office number went to v/m hell (we could hear them ring in the back), and then one fellow noticed another number written by hand behind another sign. We called and a gruff guy answers, "yeah?", "We four are waiting for our cars". He replies, I'm busy in the parking lot". Five minutes later, gruff guy comes waltzing in (not in a rush) and says, "ok, what?". Well, I finally got my car (not really, a family van I didn't order because "we're outta cars") but not until the entertainment of watching an artifact - a dot matrix printer slowly ground out my contract. This office is lost in some parallel universe, with terrible customer service. Best try the place on 16. Or some other company.

I was charged $130 2 days after I returned my rental for supposedly keeping the car 2 extra days. I was advised by customer service to go speak with the worker at this walmart budget. I then went in, the “owner” slammed down my receipt after I asked about the charges. Told me he can explain it or if I wanna “be a smart ass” about it I can explain it. He then just kept repeating the dates that I had the car (not helpful) He proceeded to call security 2 times, who advised me I was fine where I was which seemed to enrage him more. He also refused to speak with the customer service on the phone who needed to speak with him to figure out the charge. He also refused to show me a receipt I supposedly signed when I dropped off the car. However, when I did drop off the rental I took 2 steps into the budget and a worker came and took the keys, asked about mileage and told me I was good. The “owner” just sat there and ignored that I even existed, he wouldn’t even tell me his name. The most disgusting customer service I have received. I will be advising everyone to go to enterprise where I’ve never had random charges. My lawyers have already been contacted. DO NOT LET THIS PLACE SCAM YOU!!!!!!

Marcus was very friendly and helpful and took great care of us. We had a bad experience at the enterprise across the street and were very relieved to have much friendlier and helpful service here.

Not the most efficient way to rent a moving truck across state lines. Budget customer service itself was great but the authorized individual business was lacking professionalism(Walmart)

The operator of this location Mr Godwin did everything he could to insure that we could complete our trip. Several unexpected challenges arose during our booking and fortunately because we had not prepaid he could change details and payment methods that would work with system polices. We are truly grateful for his invested consern and willingness to help. The car was wonderful and the whole rental experience went smoothly. Thank you again Mr Godwin for all your help in make sure we got behind the wheel to complete our trip.

Returning my vehicle here was a nightmare. I parked at the Walmart parking lot and called before walking in. That was my mistake. The guy that answered made it seem like they have their own budget/avis building. I drove around thirty minutes aimlessly looking for a physical location only to call him back and to find out he's INSIDE WALMART THE WHOLE TIME.

Could give zero stars if able. I'm local and was in a pinch needing a rental for the week for work. The gentleman at the counter (possibly owner) was initially friendly until trying to charge $300 extra for the rental than what I had quoted on the Budget website. Then after some questions about the price difference said "if you book on the website I can choose to deny it and it's at my discretion how much I want to charge for my cars based on what I have available". Everything about this interaction was sketchy/ felt dishonest, asked for the gentleman's name which he refused to give to me. I wonder if Budget is aware that this is happening at this branch. I decided to go elsewhere.

My daughter paid for a rental online, before we did it online I stopped by the office to make sure they took debit cards for rental she informed me they do a credit check, I asked her if we rent online will they do the credit check before allowing us to rent it? She said yes if it allows you to rent it online we were good. Well today she went to pick up the vehicle and they said she didn't pass the credit check so they couldn't rent it to her!! It was already paid and taken put of her account!So now no car an no money to rent a car! Thanks

Jeff was a huge help when picking up a car from this location. I had reserved a car for noon but was unable to get to Walmart on time. Unfortunately budget closes at noon but Jeff waited for over 45 minutes for me to show up. When I still wasn’t on time, he drove back to budget to open the store up just for me so I wouldn’t have to wait an extra day to pick up my car. Thanks Jeff for your outstanding customer service! Took one star off because noon is awfully early for a car rental shop to close on a weekend when most people are traveling

We went in to pick up a car and was helped by a woman who apparently hated her job and before leaving we checked the fuel level and had to go back in because our receipt said full but it was only half a tank. Next if you rent a car or truck take pics before you leave and when you drop off. Next don't pay ahead when you reserve because if you drop off a day or more early you won't get those days paid back!!! The gentleman that was there when we dropped off was very nice and professional.
