Amazing! This location was so beautiful. Lots of cute decorations, souvenirs and clothing. Let's not forget about the ample amount of food to choose from. I tried the pulled brisket sandwich and it was one of the best I have ever had. Also got some Bever chips, nice as a side item. My wife got the chicken burrito with veggies. And don't leave without trying the hot and ready cashew nuts roasted and some kind of sugar.

Wow! This place is amazing! They seem to sell everything! They have western clothing, hats and handbags. It’s November, so they have a lot of Christmas stuff for sale. Even the bathrooms are super nice. There are so many pumps to fuel up. I have never been to a place with so many. We were hungry so we bought a pulled pork sandwich and a burrito. They cost nearly $8.00 each, but they were big and filling. They make fudge right in front of you that looks delicious. We are definitely going to patronize this place again.

If you like undercooked mashed rice in your burrito and old meat in you brisket sandwich this is the place to go lol horrible experience my first time here in florida the texas one I went to was hands down the best. They sure did make a big deal about having icey in a soft drink cup even though we told them they were iceys. Our kids changed there mind mid way and instead of wasting a cup we thought keep it but the cashier made us switch cups before we left and threw away the old cups also charged for a barbecue cup which should have been free due the buying a brisket sandwich not complaining just throwing that out there. Came from ocala cause I thought it be a cool experience and yummy food but won't be going out of my way anytime for this place ever agian.

The traffic this place brings is just absolutely ridiculous. It was clean, and the food was great, but it causes traffic for miles, even backing up onto the highway. Major hype around Buc-ees (dare I say too much) but a good visit if you can suck up the Disney-like traffic on the road and in the store.

It is impossible to go to San Agustín and not go through this dive. Their famous sandwiches are the best. If you like barbecue here it is divine. In the mornings they have a breakfast menu. Super fast and they have a very fun show. What I love the most are their shirts. ? creative.

I’ll start by saying we love Bucees and that will not change after one negative experience. I do want to leave this review in the hopes employee development/training can be worked on with one employee. We stopped at the St. Augustine FL location today and had the most rude cashier. Emory seemed very agitated and annoyed by his customers. I sat down a bag of beaver chips on his counter and it turned over spilling three chips on the counter. He stared at me as he picked the bag up with a deliberate smug look on his face. It was very apparent he was disturbed by the fact the chips, 3 of them, had spilled onto his counter. I have never experienced attitude as this at any Bucees before and I seriously hope Emory gets further training in customer service.
