Went in to find some nice clothes for work. Was looking for lightweight material like polyester because it’s Florida. The clothes are great but the selection of polyester blend was not great. Two associates helped me look at different items. They were very friendly. Store was clean. I didn’t buy anything due to the everything being cotton but will continue checking in from time to time. Prices seem fine.

Anton made our shopping experience so easy! We were in and out and so happy with our purchase. Right away he helped my fiancé with finding his size of dress shirts and helping us choose what we liked best. He explained all of the differences between the the different shirts and was very informative.

Horrible quality suits. NOT NEARLY THE SAME QUALITY AS THE REGULAR BROOKS BROTHER STORE AT TOWN CENTER. Bought four suits here. One of them fell apart when removing the tag from the sleeve. The store basically told me to get over it. There is a reason the suits are half the price of the real brooks brother suits.

I was at the point of desperation trying to find a hard to fit person until I walked passed Brooks Brothers and said why not and walked in, h the pic shown is the outcome of shopping at Brooks Brothers.Good service clean store and great size ranges.Don't pass this store you might be surprised!

5/4/23 at noon I was in the store today looking for a new tie to go with my suit for a job interview I have tomorrow. I noticed the price of the ties were out of my budget, so I thought I would get a pocket square instead. When purchasing them, I had asked to utilize a first responder discount since I am a Firefighter/EMT. I was embarrassed enough to be asking for a discount, but the pocket square prices were not labeled so I did not know exactly what my total would be; therefore, I thought I would utilize an extra discount just in case. The total cost of my purchase was $10.84. This led to the sales associate looking at me and sarcastically stating “wow big spender are we?” I found this comment extremely unprofessional and rude. I felt extremely judged and uncomfortable with the interaction. My goal in writing this message is that the sales associate (Valentyna) will learn that it is inappropriate to judge others and make comments that belittle her customers. I will never be shopping here again.

Expensive store with nothing in stock. 100$ ties covered in dust bunnies. Best part is they show no interest in you when you can’t buy anything because they don’t have your size in stock. Store manager watched me walk right into a locked and non working set of doors without saying a word.Not the first time I’ve been to this store and walked out disappointed and frustrated….not only in the customer service but also with any lack of product carried.

Its Sunday, 2/5 at 12:04, and noone is around to open the store. Watched at least a half dozen folks leave. Incredible. Imagime having the audacity to make people WAIT for the opportunity to spend their hard earned $!!

Horrible quality T-shirts. Employees told me shirts were pre-shrunk. They were not. At all. Also, they don’t accept apple pay, while advertising that they do. Forgot my wallet one time trying to shop there and the man acted like I was stupid for having to leave my clothes and walking out. Sweatpants and shirts are nice but the strange looks I got from the man when I told him I only had apple pay turned me away from ever coming into this store again. Along with that, the T-shirts tend to stain extremely easily. Don’t recommend.
