Don't Buy from this Dealership. Have been looking at a 2010 F-150 for three days. My wife and I went out in the rain storm last weekend. The salesman person I normally work with kept on being away from work referred me to another salesman. He also said the truck was as is. So I wanted to be sure there wasn't any major issues with the truck. So I picked up the truck took it to Beaver Toyota today 12/18/23 to have a pre-purchase inspection. I spent $155.00 for this inspection.This is what Beaver found 1. Tires weather cracked 20172. All fluids were discolored Brake, Power Steering and Coolant. 3. Pinion seal4. Oil Pan leak5. Front crank seal leak6. Exhaust Leak 7. Backup camera lens foggy 8. Re-Charge air filter 9. Drive Belt weather cracked When I returned Frank and Bob were not there or were busy with other customers. So I got stuck with some putz of a salesman person, then they gave me some guy name James. So I did discuss my concerns about the tires it is a safety issue. They did agree to replace them. I advised James I need to discuss this with my wife. I also want to check with the insurance company. They sold the vehicle before we could get to the bank and get the money I have had other Dealers call me and asking me if I was going to buy the vehicle, however they did not care if I spent $155.00 to make it road worthy. Simply common sense would indicate that they had some one very serious about buying about "AS IS"' after spending the whole day working and spending $155.00 to make sure this was a safe vehicle I asked for a business card and I had to scan well I scanned it but didn't save it no way to reach out to James.They have lost over 12 years 7 cars to Beaver, 1 Gary Yomen, 4 car to Atlantic Dodge. Not to mention 4 cargo vans. In essence even tho it was a 11k car deal but the sale it go towards dealer allocation, part, service, accounting Department.In summary they are willing to sell unsafe vehicles and class them as "AS IS". Unless you carry 10k they want the deal done on there term. While Bozard put out the illusionary front on how they are community focused, however they are primarily concerned about a sale not customer service and selling unsafe vehicles. In addition Ford Garage is having 4 less customers as well.They are your typical car dealership all of the salesmen are like vultures don't want to let you get in the door and they follow you around. What's truly amazing is that one of my family members have known the Bozard family since they had their location downtown. One more thing I am associated with one of the leading customer service consultings firms in the country. They truly failed. Will be sending people in to evaluate them and send the results to Ford Motor Company.Don't WASTE YOUR TIME

Bozard has an Exceptional selection of pickups and world class team - more important, Jeff Erickson and his team are honest. He is Fully transparent and does exactly what he said he will do. There is no better Dealership who can deliver quality product and Service for folks looking for quality Trucks and aftermarket accessories . And, the prices are fair. I’ll keep coming back. Good experience. Dealt with Jeremy and Brian. Process was fast. Did negotiation online. By time I got to dealership, I was in and out in 45 minutes. Second car bought here. Will be back. Looking around at this specific mustang with same options, Bozard was by far the cheapest around.

I own a Ford F150 and had it in for service via the mobile service. Without going into detail the vehicle still had issues. I took it to Bozard to have the air put into tire only to discover the vehicle still had not been repaired. I was livid and ready to switch from a Ford girl to a Chevy girl. I spoke to Sonya who said they would take care of everything. They set may expectations at keeping the truck for a week but only needed it for two days. Mat was called me and kept me up to date on the service. Sony was over the top in calming me down and making sure all my concerns were addressed.Setting expectations and then exceeding them is the corner stone to excellent customer service.Sonya and Matt did an outstanding job thank you . Clearly, I am still a FORD GIRL

Second car purchased here. Was a good experience. Dealt with Bryan Griggs online and once I got to the dealership I dealt with finance manager Ricky. Once I arrived, most of the paperwork was prepared already. I was out in 45 minutes.

My salesman Gregg Steinberg and his managers Rick Garcia and Tom Reinard were extremely courteous and easy to work with. They had the car ready for me when I arrived and worked with me quickly to make a deal and process all the paperwork. No pressure tactics on the car AND also no pressure sales on the extended warranty/service plans. The warranty plan was mentioned for one second, I said I won’t need anything like that, and it was never mentioned again. I truly appreciate that, my family and I will be back again to Bozard Ford. Beautiful dealership with tons of cars on the lot and a great staff.

If you don't like stories and want a quick version, I was very satisfied. Great Job. Love the bed liner. Now on to the story. I took my truck to Bozard because I needed a spray in bed liner. Now normally I would have never entertained going to a dealer for such a thing. I have life long experience how dealers just overcharge with some exorbitant price. Don't even get me started on my old NY Mazda dealer....ughhh....Back to the story..... I went to a local truck body shop first, but price was ok. So I shopped around. My HOA Facebook group answered my inquiry multiple times telling me to give Bozard a try. A dealer, really? There were a bunch of people who loved Bozard, so I did. The price was very good, and they even included a smidge of repair to a rust spot. The spray in bed liner came out great. Looks good, and the quality is awesome. Now for the story....Here is where Bozard really stood out. While my truck was there the hood was damaged (accidents happen). I was disappointed naturally. I love my truck. The service department people came over and took full responsibility for the damage. They apologized and even gave me a loaner car. They sent the truck to a very respected local body shop. It took a little while because my truck is 31 years old and parts are tough. Its actually a 1992 Bozard original. After 40 days of parts searching, prep work and repair, and two loaner cars later, the truck was finished. I just picked it up. I could not be happier with the way Bozard treated me. I now find myself wanting to get my original Bozard decal re-applied because I am so proud to have a Bozard truck. You guys really re-defined what customer service means from a dealership. If anyone is thinking there isn't a difference in how dealerships are run, there it. Bozard is it. Thank you.

Great service. I dropped my 2020 Ford Ranger off Monday morning and everything was fixed and I was able to pick it up on Thursday. They worked with my extended warranty and I didn’t have to pay much out of pocket. I had gotten there feeling worried and stressed about my truck because it was my only means of transportation, but when I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles. The employees at Bozard Ford were super friendly and cheerful which made me feel welcomed and at ease ?. I walked out feeling more calm, knowing I was being taking care of. I’d have to say, this place DEFINITELY gives gold star quality service?. I love the fact that they keep you updated with texts and give you suggestions. This is the first place I have ever taken a vehicle to that doesn’t pressure you to getting a service you don’t really need. Will definitely take it to them again. ?%. THANKS JEFF!!!!!!

I just purchased a 2023 mustang GT premium from Bozard Ford. During my shopping experience between different dealers I found that the sales staff was quicker to respond despite the fact that they were no less busy. I worked with Jeremy and he did a fantastic job of making things go quickly and seamlessly. The dealership itself is clean and has a very large selection. For the car itself I absolutely love it.Best of all, they do customization work here! They are a Roush dealer and installer. If you’re in the market for a Ford give them a try.

I'm not sure what another 5 star review is gonna do, but these guys deserve it. Jeremy C. handled everything from start to finish with ordering and finally getting my 2023 Maverick and I couldn't be happier. Jeremy and the whole team at this location are beyond professional and they were more than worth the trip down from Jacksonville to do business with them.

I haven't bought a car here, but the sales and service experiences I've had are great. I test drove a Mach E a while ago and the salesman I had was friendly, patient, and didn't have the expectation for me to buy at that very moment. It was a refreshing experience from an average car salesman. I can't remember his name, but I enjoyed his story of riding BMX bikes.The dealership is very clean and well maintained.I've needed service and parts on occasions, and I've never had any issues. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

I would recommend for a nice burger and family night. It's decorated in obvious car theme and there's an actual car inside, every 5 mins or so it'll honk. It's really cute. The bathrooms have tires as sinks. The burgers are really great here and their drinks! Try the truffle fries

Bought my first brand new car through here and I have zero complaints on the whole process. Faye has been spectacular answering questions and is the main mvp of working out a killer deal for me, and having everything ready prior to me traveling to the dealer. On the financial end of things, Shane, did the same and called me when numbers were good and ready to sign.I've never spent such little time at a dealer with amazing results. I will definitely return here for service and any future needs.
