My experience !!! Make sure if you trade in a vehicle that is not paid off that it gets paid off in 10 days. This is the LAW !!!! They took 21 days to pay off our loan . Still waiting on a response on why .

Had a brand new truck sitting dead in my driveway.. Bozard Ford sent their highly trained mobile mechanic's to diagnose the problem.
The first and most logical step was to change the battery, after that failed they stumbled through a computer took up four hours of my time and accomplished nothing.
I took out a DMM from my tool box and asked the tech why the new battery was only reading 11.9v, He assured me that it was "perfectly fine and that he's seen ford f150's start on 11.7volts"
For any of you that don't know... They put a dead battery in my truck.. Not only did they put a dead battery in my truck it was a battery they had pulled from a previous vehicle and it had a dead cell...
I'm not a mechanic but after hooking it up to a battery charger and not being able to get above a 75% charge I suspected something was wrong.
Bozard then told me I would personally have to get a brand new ford truck towed to them, and that it could be a minimum of two months before they might even be able to diagnose the issue with my vehicle.
Bozard then also told me that since I did not buy the vehicle from them I was going to have to pay for my own rental car for the duration in which it took for them for "diagnose and fix the issue" keep in mind I was told two month's minimum.....
I had the vehicle towed to the dealership where I bought the vehicle and paid "$9800 less" from in Jacksonville FL.
They diagnosed the issue in a day, put in a new battery and my truck is ready to be picked up.
If you want incompetent mobile service, if you want a Ford dealership who turns away Ford customers because they didn't pay almost ten thousand dollars more for the same truck then this is the dealership for you...
Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish.

My family is extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service and communication skills this family own dealer has provided us during our car purchase.
We live in Miami and purchased a preowned Porsche Cayenne through Bozard Ford and have nothing but amazing and positive comments about our experience. Rob was our wonderful salesman who helped us in the process of purchasing our vehicle, applying for financing and remotely signing all the documents necessary .
living in Miami and having a one year old and baby on the way , and having missed our flight, even after the transaction was complete, all documents signed and down payment paid, ROB did not leave us to figure it out for ourselves and communicated with us on the solutions of receiving our vehicle with a very low fee, delivered the vehicle to our doorstep, which was amazing and shocking. Once we receive the vehicle, there was something we were not happy with about the vehicle, DAVE AND ROB could have told us it was not their problem the transaction was already complete but instead they were quick and communicative, gave us options and fulfilled our desire to solve and completely took care of what we weren’t satisfied with.
Best car purchase experience me, and my husband have ever had, and we have purchased our fair share of vehicles . Confident in saying, we love the car and love it even more after the great experience with the dealership.
We will be buying a Ford truck soon and even though we live seven hours away, we’re going to communicate with Dave and Rob at Bozard Ford because it is worth the wonderful salesman, communication, customer service they provide couldn’t be any happier with my vehicle and the service.
10 out of 10 highly recommend going to Ford even if you aren’t local, they also have a lot of inventory compared to other Fords

Got my oil changed there with no appointment in less than an hour....i was thankful and very impressed. I also walked around the lot a little while i was waiting and i must say they have some great prices on their used vehicles.
