My fiancé and I just moved to the area in August. We had dreamed about finding a new mattress for our bed. We first got together we bought a new mattress from Rooms to Go that was supposed to feel like a cloud when you laid on it. For 10 years we had slept on a rock. The mattress never felt like a cloud. So when I found Dalton’s mattress company I was skeptical at first thinking it would be like all the other mattress companies I’ve been in looking for the perfect mattress. I am happy to report that it is not like any of the others. It is better. Dalton let me stay as long as I wanted until I found the perfect mattress. He didn’t even pressure me to buy the most expensive mattress one. I ended up buying two and Dalton gave me great deals on both. So if you are needing a new mattress this is just definitely where you should go.

It’s not often these days that you run across a business where you receive EXCELLENT customer service, budget friendly prices, AND quality merchandise. I needed more than my current cash budget allowed and was offered not one but two finance options. I was able to get everything I desperately needed with only a minimal processing fee. I left with my daughter’s mattress and boxspring and will be receiving my mattress and adjustable frame via FedEx in a few days. EXTREMELY professional and kind and genuinely cares! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If you’re in Jax, it’s definitely worth the 40 minute drive to St. Augustine.

Great customer service. I prefer the flexibility of the hours/appointments Dalton offers, as that fit our schedule perfectly. Quality of the mattress was phenomenal, combined with the best price we could find. The home white glove delivery was a nice bonus. We will be buying from Dalton in the future.

My husband and I went to the BoxDrop Mattress Direct storefront here in St. Augustine yesterday evening. What a pleasant experience! Dalton was very nice, laid back, and not pushy at all. He gave us space to test out some mattresses, he shared information on the ones we were interested in, and we decided to go with a REALLY comfortable king, which he gave us a great deal on. We realized it wasn’t going to fit in our SUV, so he offered to deliver it to us once he finished with the other customer he was helping. He delivered it to us within the hour! My husband and I would recommend doing business with him to anyone looking for a mattress! It felt good to keep the business local too! Thanks again, Dalton! ?

Entire experience was great. Lots of selection, can't remember the owners name, but extremely helpful, no high pressure sales. And bottom line, quality mattresses at a much better price than a retailer. I don't understand why anyone would go anywhere else!! I purchased a queen and last minute a twin.
