I was at the boostmobile store on 12/27/2023 at 4:11p. There was a worker who stated she was manager, I went in for Sim cards and ask if I could activate my self for it to be no charge, she acted as if she was unknowledgeable about the service and needed more training. She went ahead and set up the two phones I had brought in of my own and charged a $70 service fee. I feel this was definitely misinforming a customer and basically highway robbery. A manager should be trained enough to have enough knowledge about boost services. Sam is the store worker name. I told her she can play back the recording

First off I must commend an awesome associate at this location name Ray, he went out of his way to fix an issue I had that a different associate had done. I needed a local area code for new service and because they didn’t ask for identification as required they skipped my zip code. I learned afterwards by calling customer service the zip code determines local area code. ( I needed local area code as advised by my marketing team) the day afterwards I went back to the store there was nothing he could do and said you get what you get and said call customer service. At this point I was ready to cxl 3 lines and go to a new carrier. The hassle and cost to do so made me hesitant since I had prepaid an entire month on 3 lines. My last hope was to call a different boost location in hopes they would fix the issue. The girl was very knowledgeable and reiterated what I had been told was accurate and go back to store for third time in hopes I could again tell them it’s to be done at original store. When I gave it my last shot a third and different person was behind the desk, Ray. He absolutely stood out as knowledgeable and helpful and fixed the issue in minutes. All this could have been avoided if the original guy who set it up didn’t take short cuts leaving info off and asking for ID.

This organizations is complete trash!!!They use some out of USA "support" that you need to wait hours before speak with someone who hardly speak English and then they just hung up on you or put you on hold and wait until you hung up first!!!trying to cancel my account with them and they just refuse to cancel and want to charge my payment method even if I already ported out my number!!!They are just scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

was not good in the past 3 hours I have called at least 20 times and no answer whatsoever All I am trying to do is get it so that when someone calls me the call goes to my new phone and not to my old phone

When the sign in the window shows there open but yet after making 3 trips in 3 days and no one there especially after receiving a message that my card needs upgrading. Hum not looking good.

They won't ever answer the darn phone. I have been calling for two days and they never pick up. I drive 25 minutes to just stop by and see that they won't be back for at least 45 minutes.
