Her and JW were also friendly enough to offer to wait a couple minutes after closing time for me to pick up my car as I was struggling against traffic to get across town. We had to wait for a while but it was ok, for we had a funny conversation. Later we had the pleasure to meet Denesha, who was very pleasant as well. “Took my vehicle there for repairs after being cut-off by an impaired driver on I-295 south ramp from I-95. This was a "preferred" State Farm repair facility so I thought they had to be good. Had originally posted 1 star review because service & communication was non-existent. It was very frustrating but after contacting their corporate office, things got better. My car looks brand new & their general manager was great. I think if they can work on their communication skills they would be a good repair facility. Customers want honesty, status reports and to be heard & understood. Having an accident is stressful enough.Services: Steering & suspension repair”
