“I had two bikes fitted by the owner, Jim Escobar on the same day. One bike for my trainer and the other for the road.
I chose the Optimal Bike Fit service because I had a lot of issues going on. My wrists hurt, and my hands would go numb. My feet suffered from hot spots and tingly toes on my rides. My right shoulder would really hurt after long rides, but NOT ANY MORE!
He is an expert at what he does. Not only did I learn that my handle bars were too narrow on one bike and wide on the other bike. We found the perfect size handle bars. My stem was too short, and my seat was too low. Lastly, I had crazy hot spots on my feet and he was able to correct that by adding shims to my road shoes.
Jim is extremely knowledgeable, and is generous to share that knowledge to help you be a better rider. He also gave me a lot of advice, and tips on the techniques I need to work on to improve my rides on the bike.

“I ordered a bike from the manufacturer’s website. It arrived at A1A Cycle Work Friday and I got an email notification Friday night that it was assembled and ready. I picked it up Saturday morning. It rides smooth and the guys in the shop were super nice.”
“Didn’t realize they close at 5pm and got there around 5:20pm, as I was getting rdy to leave someone came out and helped me, I only needed my cassette lock ring tightened onto the hub of a new wheel (fast easy job).
