It's my favorite workout place. It is not as intimidating as the larger places are. They have awesome personal trainers full of knowledge. The owner is a PT, so he's a great resource to tap onto if you have health issues

Pretty cool place. I went as a guest of my sister on Christmas Eve, it's a great private gym I wish there were more of these around instead of these pathetic Giant corporate gyms. If I lived in Saint Augustine, I would be a member!
