Beautiful merchandise but there are three employees working and not one of them said hello or acknowledged us in any way in ten minutes of looking. We decided to not buy anything because of the poor customer service.

Gorgeous items in this store! Bought a gorgeous Firefly brand necklace. Christina the staff member was super friendly and was on top of everything from needing a bag to asking people if they needed anything wrapped up nicely. To the owner you have impeccable taste! Every item was unique, beautiful and well made. Displays and flow of the store were great! Please give Christina a raise! She is a diamond in your store! Picture does not do this necklace justice!!

My husband and visited St. Augustine for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. We visited this store our first night in town. That’s when we met their sales associate, Lillie. We went back 2 more times to make purchases but insisted on working with her!! She is by far one of the kindest people we have ever met and truly a gem! We will definitely be going back during our next trip.

Jewelry is beautiful but if something happens to your stone they don't stand behind it. Will only refer you to a jeweler.

Some stuff simply seems over priced. Other stuff is delightfully reasonably priced. Good store for unique jewelry! Didn’t care for the sensitivity they had for my need to break a $100 bill as I was in a hurry to make a purchase that was a secret for my wife. They were kind for the other parts of my experience though.

Came in while shopping in St Augustine. Kim went above and beyond with customer service! She was super helpful with picking out a beautiful bracelet and shared quaint stories about each artist's work within the store and her work as well. Her store also carries comical mermaid and merman themed ornaments which we may need to come back and buy before we leave.
