I had my arms overflowing with merchandise, willing to splurge after two hours of exhaustive shopping, I left empty handed. I departed this Belk location as a very unhappy customer because I had five (5) disturbing experiences in the fitting rooms, then I talked to an employee. She said she didn't care to help me. So I put down the merchandise I picked out & walked out. It sucks because I really wanted to buy the things... It sucks for this Belk location because I was prepared to purchase everything in my arms.

Everyone is very helpful on the clothing floor and shoes,but no one is around at jewelery counter? Other than that I love Belks, great deals on nice name brands!!

This place is hoping! Always someone shopping here from early in the morning until late at night. They also carry “Hey Dude” shoes in many assortments and colors. Come check out all that is happening, as this is also part of Mall 2121.

Great buys! Staff friendly and available but not on top if you. Not crowded. Enjoyed browsing. Felt very relaxed atmosphere while trying on items in fitting room. One of my favorite department stores. Great selection on clothing

I was able to finish my gift list with a cool shirt for my mom... the cashier told me I didn't need to go get my coupons because she has them at the register for her guests. After shopping I went back to her and she told me she already applied the coupon to my total. She did not. The only savings was the regular sale price. Thought this was a dirty trick on her part. We all have our reasons why we need to save money. I'm a widow on a limited income the extra savings would have been nice.
