I arrived at the Beaver Toyota Dealership, Parked my truck. Me and my two sons walked passed 3-4 salesman talking among themselves. I continued toward the front door of the dealership. I was then stopped and greeted by a young salesman who's name was Jonah outside the front door. He seemed a lil new at selling cars. However, I could tell he wanted to sell me a car. I was really at the dealership for pricing not to get a car. So I told him all he needed was my first name until I decided to purchase a car. Jonah agreed. I told him what I was looking for. He told me he didn't have the color but he had a car on the lot with the same features. I watched for a few minutes as he ran over the lot looking for the car. I went and sat down as my two sons continued to watch Jonah look for the car. I thought to myself a young man that works that hard to sell me a car, must be above the rest of the salesmen. I was very pleased with Jonah's Professionalism and demeanor which ultimately convince me that Beaver Toyota was worth the 100 drive and the dealership to buy from. I purchased a 2024 Camry and wife loves it! Thank you Jonah

Took my car in for an oil change and $750/ 3 hours later I got it back. My service advisor let me know that I could have my 30K mile tune up done at this visit which I wasn't expecting. Not at all upset that they offered the service but I could've saved a lot of $ by changing air filters myself. Because of this (too little too late) knowledge, at least my husband is able to save $ of his tune ups! I still recommend Toyota for this service department. They are always so cordial and hospitable! Danny Schuur was my advisor and is also highly recommended!

* car shopping review *I submitted an online inquiry and I prefer to do everything online, before going to the dealership, and over email - im not a phone person - so its not a typical behavior for a car dealership.Laurence Powell was very nice and accomodating - answering my questions, working on the financing, etc. via emails.Ultimately I ended up purchasing a non-Toyota but has nothing to do with the service provided by him, just a vehicle preference so wanted to give credit where it is due.

I really appreciate the effort. Trey Cameron, Gabe (how old is this kid), and the guy Mr. Personality that is stuck in the corner (timeout) have shown me that I can place my faith in them and they always treat me with care. I have shown up randomly without appointments with both my 2022 Tundra I-Force Limited and my wife's 23 4Runner TRD OFF-Road. I did this within the same week and both times was out of there in under 2 hours. I am so thankful for the staff and their support!

Wow. The best car-buying experience ever! We did our online research, not only of vehicles we were interested in, but especially of Toyota dealerships because those in our area are sadly lacking. We chose Beaver Toyota in St. Augustine, a 3.5 hour drive from our home in St. Petersburg, because of their positive online reviews, because they are rated #1 in the state of FL (and with good reason), and because they have a great inventory to choose from. We can't say enough great things about our sales representative, Sara Conklin, who was responsive, knowledgeable, respectful & personable. Thanks to her, we were able to choose a vehicle, view a video of the vehicle she was kind enough to film for us, and negotiate our trade-in before we ever left home. Visiting the dealership was a great experience, as the attention to the customer experience is apparent the minute you step in the door. Food & snacks are provided, depending on the time of day, and a comfortable waiting area with workspace & a beautiful saltwater aquarium make waiting for your vehicle a pleasant time. The employees are friendly & courteous to each other, as well as to the customers, and you can feel the "family" atmosphere. Our experience with Sir Lawrence Doligosa in the finance area was also a stellar experience. He was knowledgeable & personable, and we greatly appreciated his sharing of financial knowledge that we will be able to use in the future. We learned that Beaver Toyota is closed on Sundays to allow their valued staff to spend time with their families, further making this the type of business we are happy to patronize. We highly recommend Beaver Toyota and promise it's worth the drive if you live in other areas of the state!

I had my car there once January,17th 2022 for my scheduled maintenance and they never filled the windshield washer fluid they never changed the oil even though I said I want it changed which means I'll pay for it they damaged the floor on my driver side it's bent up I've been getting nothing but a run around and excuses from these people from over well over a year agoI called corporate several times over a period of months and nobody's doing nothing they gave me a run-around deliberately because they don't want to be responsible for damage THEY caused! I bought Toyota Corolla 2021 brand new in Suffolk County New York where I live. It was perfect that's the way I keep my stuff. I had to bring it to them to Christine it! They don't want to be responsible so they just ignore me or they giving me excuses. I've since reported them to the BBB posted this on YELP and will be posting the video I made proving they damaged my floorboard. I have a record of ALL the phone calls ALL the emails and ALL the phonies I spoke to. I'm not a healthy man and the aggravation these people have caused me it just as bad as the fsgr they caused to my new car. Now, October 9th is the end of my lease and no doubt the dealer I bought it from will notice the bent floor and I'll be responsible for it.Yheywill say you should have had it fixed where it was damaged! Stay far away from Leave it to BEAVER TOYOTA . Read more about the many complaints on YELP about them. This fight is not over mark my words! Here the video I made the day after they claim it was the carpet that was at fault! I got ony knees with bleeding leg ulcers and sweating in the hot sun because I had to see if they were right. We have a new 2022 Toyota Sienna, and this is a busy dealer but Peter (Nsheiwat) helped me navigate the traffic. His communication was top notch and we will keep coming back here because of him. We highly recommend working with Peter!

Beaver Toyota in St. Augustine is the best place to buy a car. I know, because I have bought 3 cars here. It's a great place, relaxed and welcoming. My salesman is CORY BOWERS. My sister was with me when I bought my latest car. She wanted me to go somewhere else. I insisted on Beaver St. Augustine because of Cory and the quality and selection of Beaver's used cars. Now she totally gets it. Cory is not pushy, very pleasant, and he listens to what you are looking for in a car. He makes buying a car fun for me!If I could, I'd give CORY BOWERS more than 5 stars. He deserves a crown of stars!
