My Battery died last night, and after getting a jump I was able to make it to the AutoZone on US1 at 830pm. Even though it was almost closing time, Trevor helped me get everything taken care of and his speed and diligence meant I was all done in 15 minutes. Thank you Trevor, Big help!!

Last week I went to autozone, on rt 1 in st augustine, with concerns my battery was not holding a charge in my 2017 chevy silverado. I was greeted by David. I explained my concern, and instantly, he said, "Let's first check your battery." Yes, I needed a new one. David showed me my purchase options. I chose the one I wanted. It was in stock. I asked if he could install it. He laughed and said as long as the rain holds up. We'll despite being in the middle of Hurricane Debbie and drizzling David, grabbed the battery and tools, and we went outside. Not sure if anyone is familiar with exchanging a battery in a silverado, but multiple frame brackets have to be removed to get to battery. David told me it usually took him 45 minutes to do but has done several and now has it down to a science. He was rt. 25 minutes he was done. He was friendly knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I was extremely pleased and would not hesitate to recommend autozone for all your auto needs. Ask for David. You will not be disappointed.

I had an absolutely amazing experience. David, Michelle, and Trevor assisted me and were beyond helpful. I’m grateful to have a store like this, with employees like that in my hometown.

Zero stars. I went to autozone today (21st around 1055am) due to being sold the wrong headlight on the first visit. The employee was extremely arrogant and then rude talking to me like I was stupid, not listening to me. Told him to knock it off with his attitude and he got worse with it. Definitely no customer service, no satisfaction. I have a commercial account with autozone as well, looks like oriellys is getting my businessWill.be contacting the regional and district manager. As I just moved here a d have never been treated like this before ANYWHERE.Do not go to autozone on US1

Really good service, from testing, installing batteries and blades, and giving advice. So thankful to have this place nearby. Update: just visited again and received very helpful service. Very good folks here.

went in yesterday. I needed some polish to get water spots off of our sedan. I studied the available products on the shelf and made my choice. Brought it to the counter. After an abnormal amount of the clerks trying to unsuccessfully get the product to ring up, I was told that they didn't carry that product (?) I asked the clerk, do you think I brought that in myself and put it on the shelf ? She ( he) just looked at me like deer in the headlights. I left with no product. I won't go back there again.

I was in to store 6525 in St Augustine. I received exceptionally excellent customer service from Devenear Scott. He was polite and very efficient. He went out of his way to find a part I needed at another AutoZone. I’m not use to such service these days.

I was broke down at this store and i got great help from both people there and especially Gabby. She made that the best experience at an autozone ive had. She helped with everything as far as getting the right part needed and went far and beyond to another store to help me, tools for the job , and was so nice. I absolutely recommend this place and getting service from Gabby.
