Once the merch leaves store, there are no refunds nor exchanges. My daughter bought a hair dagger and didn't notice till the next morning that one part was broken. They would do nothing. All we wanted was an exchange since it had been not even a whole day.
Update: I want to thank the owner for reaching out to me and sending my daughter a new dagger. She bought the broken one with her own money, and she was thrilled to get a replacement.

It’s such a shame that AI is being used as a “tool”. I can appreciate the time to put everything together, but I cannot condone the use of AI. Gen-AI is trained using stolen illustrations from the internet without crediting the original artists, compensating said artists, or even getting consent from the artists. Gen-AI in its current form is harmful to real artists, and should be avoided until it is a tool where artists can be compensated for opting-in to having their art used. #NoAI #SupportHumanArtists

This is an awesome place for those that want and like something different without breaking the bank!And there are two little shops to have more stuff to look at and oc buy?The service is so understandable and welcoming, I love to buy in person these two shops are a place to do so ?

Great unique items.I loved the Dhalia Ivory dress with strings to shorten and customize plus corset-in-one in the store. Thank you for bringing back instock. I purchased it one size bigger or 2X.(the lady in store said dress ran small) and I bought the black belt corset in XL. The belt runs a little big.Both are Very comfortable and exactly what I was expecting. Had so many compliments on the dress. I will be wearing it year round. Just beautiful.Steampunk Trunk has So many things to see. Enjoyed walking thru the stores. While in St Augustine. My partner and I visited both locations. While there I bought the skull with a feather in his hat and matching wine glass. For our son. Not cheap but decent quality.Same with the costumes, dresses and lovely corsets.Visit Aunt Matilda's Steampunk Trunk and see what you think.
