Arrived at the store and was never acknowledged of being there. Waited about 10 minutes then decided that it was best to leave. Only one worker assisting two families. Yet, AT&T believed that they provide the best customer service. Now’s it’s off to another store to see if someone can at least say welcome or I will be right with you.

The best service we ever experienced in an AT&T store!! Jamie is super-friendly, knowledgeable, helpful - and we are not the only ones raving about the service. I got a new iPhone, she helped to set it up, put the screen saver on for me and recommended a case. I am very, very satisfied. Any time I have a question and I popped into the store, she had an answer. Thank you and please stay in this store!!!

Store representative in St. Augustine, FL, hid in a DARK ATT STORE. NO LIGHTS ON, 10 MINUTES AFTER OPENING TIME.SHE BOOKED MY OFF LIKE SHE COULDN'T HAVE CARED LESS! JUST GAVE ME AN 800 NUMBER TO CALL SUPPORT...I COULD HAVE DONE THAT ON MY OWN!! IT THEN CAUSED ME TO WASTE 2 HOURS OF MY TIME, LOSING ALMOST $70.OO OF MY PAY, WHILE TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE PUTTING ME ON HOLD.THIS WHOLE INCIDENT LASTED FROM, 8:50 am to almost 11:30 am.ATT HAS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!AND...STOP HIRING PEOPLE OFFSHORE WHO CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY!!!HIRE ANERICAN WORKERS!!!

Customer service sucks, ideally wouldn't even want to give 1 rating but that is the bare minimum I have to give.Bought a phone and it is not working properly, called the customer care and they asked if any physical damage and I said NO. Cc said if they find I would be charged 1200, even though I have insurance from them. Then they advised to go to store and show it an agent at the store to make sure there is no damage.I come to the store and agent says send it as is and pay $1200 or file claim and pay $250 for no reason. Really ridiculous service and worst customer service ever, these guys socks compl.

I just walked in on a Sunday 9/24 at 1:00pm, frustrated because my iPhone 14 Pro max was locked in voice over and I could not even get in with my passcode to shut it off. I had just spent 35 min on the phone w/Apple support with NO luck! Jessica performed a 10 gold-star miracle. It is unlocked, voice over is OFF [forever], and I don't have to be without a phone for 2+ days or keep my Genius Bar appt. THANK YOU so very much Jessica. You rock!!
