I dropped my Mini Cooper off for some service work and this place is absolutely amazing!
The owner took the time to go over what he did and answered any questions. He is very professional and i will definitely be bringing my vehicles back.

Excellent Experience!! I was referred to A&EAS by a local repair shop because the work needed on my AC was outside of their expertise. John was great to work with, provided options and ensured my husband and understood what exactly needed repaired and how he was going to go about it. The cost was fair given the amount of work and the turn around time was faster than we initially expected. I would highly recommend John and his company and plan to be a returning customer for maintenance and future services.

He is honest and detailed. Shows you the bad parts, calls back, and has your vehicle ready when he said it would be. I will definitely return - hopefully not in the near future.

The owner is very nice. He inspected my Audi and found a leaking water pump. The only issue I had was He quoted me $1500.00-1600.00 dollars to replace it. This included all parts and 5 hours of labor. So I picked up my car and replaced the water pump, myself. The total cost was around $110.00 dollars for parts, and it took a little over an hour to complete the job. I bought an all aluminum water pump on Amazon for $77.00, the throttle body gasket from Audi of Jacksonville on Blanding Blvd. For $21.00 and a gallon of Audi compliant 50/50 antifreeze from Wal-Mart for $12.98. The water pump came with all required seals, and O rings needed to replace the pump. I know that OEM parts and fluids would be much more expensive, but I think a quote of 5 hours labor and a total of $ 1500.00-1600.00 dollars was way out of line. This is just my opinion as a retired Navy Chief and Automotive Technician.

I came in with a used 2011 BMW 328i, I purchased for commuting for work. John was very responsive, communicated quickly and let me know what was needed now and one thing to think about in the future. I took care of both because he was so reasonable with pricing. The car has been driving like a champ with no issue since... I've put over 18K on it in the first year. John doesn't play any games and is as honest with his work as he is in person. We use him for our Toyota FJ Cruiser as well, both older vehicles and running strong because of John!

I always tell my kids, “ Make sure you have a good doctor and a good mechanic “ John at Asian & European Auto is my mechanic! He is honest, trustworthy, thorough, knowledgeable and gets the job done in a very timely manner. He never charges for things you don’t need. Let me start with John is absolutely amazing. My husband and I have been through it with mechanics for our older Porsche cheyenne and each time we had work done a new seemingly unrelated issue would pop up and then we found Asian and European Auto Services. Every visit is extremely straight forward. We always know what to expect. We’re always warned that xyz could be broken and that if certain work is done abc could break, and also told if something is worth doing or not. Not only is the work done phenomenal and quick, but the price can’t be beat.

Recently had my car serviced at Asian & European Auto Services and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, John was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.I was overdue 2 services on my 21 GLC300. The closest dealer is over an hour away and I have been looking for a local mechanic in St Augustine. John completed my service on schedule and his rates are fair.I have been back several times for misc. items since my initial service and am happy with everything A&EAS has done.Overall, I highly recommend Asian & European Auto Svcs. for anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance. I want to think John for his work. Hey everyone this is a real customer, and John gets the job done correctly and quickly. I have a 2003 CLK320 that is now needing new parts. I have been to other mechanics and gotten the runaround. They say 'it could be this or that.' They try to fix the problem, then say now this is wrong and needs replacement. John does not sugar coat anything he understands we need our vehicles and most of us have budgets. He is always fair, knowledgeable, and quick in his repairs. I am amazed that he can hear a noise in the engine and tell you what the problem is. Brought my BMW X3 for the valve cover gasket replacement, about 60 days ago. John did a great job explaining what was the game plan, showing which of the parts the job would require replacing and the reasons behind it.We agreed on the price and time frame for the job.
