If I could give this store zero stars- I absolutely would. The woman who claimed to be the manager was beyond rude and felt it necessary to make absolutely certain that she was short, and anything but welcoming. I watched her interact with a few customers for a few moments- and put down my purchases before walking out.

Have been to St Augustine about 5 times in the last 3 years and every shop we've entered had warm and welcoming staff. Not here though. Both doors were open when my wife and I entered. After about a minute or so this woman (see pix) came up to me and said we are closing and you need to take your purchases to be rung up. I noticed it was about 5:50 and she was now closing one set of doors. My wife was working with another sales person on an item while I continued to peruse. About another couple of minutes passed and same woman again came up to me, in a less than pleasant tone, and said they were closing and if I had something to ring up do so or pretty much leave. Other sales person was checking in back for a size of item for my wife and the third time same woman comes up and basically says same thing, - I told her that my wife was still being helped and she said "well either have her go pay for it or we are closed and please leave". She was extremely rude and cared less that a customer was being helped by another staff, she wanted me/us gone. I wish they had had the right size item so we could refuse to buy it based solely on her attitude..

I give them 5 stars because I love much of their stuff and I have bought much from them, because I'am a local and have lived in st.augustine since 1991. The only thing that disappointed me is when I bought an alex and ani bracelet with an army charm on it. I ask the lady if they tarnish to bronze or copper color from wearing it, or are there cleaning instructions, she said no , they stay the gold color; I then asked her if the charms stay on well and she said yes, so I paid alot for it, but a month later the army charm fell off and it did turn. Maybe the young girl was new, but I always expect the truth, and if you don't know an answer tell me honestly that you just don't know the answer, so I can contact The Alex and ani company before buying the bracelet

I tried to go in there to look since a women Cindy told me to come when I was in orange park, however the same lady who told me to come down also called me and my husband, “Beaner dogs” and that we were not good enough to shop in the artsy abode company and while I was absolutely disgusted! We proceeded to leave and I heard Cindy laugh while saying how if I was aggressive like other Mexicans she would call ICE.

Such a cute store!!! We found the cutest shoes by lemon jelly they are like walking on clouds! I also found my new favorite headband and the cutest St. Augustine lighthouse pandora charm! I could've spent all day in there (and probably my entire vacation budget) we had a great time talking to Shae and she showed us all the best finds in the store. 5 stars for Shae!

Lots of cute merchandise and the sales staff were very polite but the manager or owner came slamming through the place yelling at her staff and making a scene. We decided to put our merchandise down and walk out. Didn't wanted to support an owner who would treat their employees so terribly in front of customers.

Doesn’t regularly stay open during posted hours, may want to call in advance. has nice merchandise but also political stuff on window display which makes it less welcoming to everyone.

Love this place! They have the best gifts for yourself or someone else. St Augustine T-shirts, Spartina, Pura Vida, souvenirs. It’s a must see. There are 2 locations in St. Aug. King St and St. George St.

Got over charged, if the shop hadn't been as busy I would have tried to argue the bill, but it was far too chaotic for me to try to say anything.Place has cute items, but I got charged for more items than I actually purchased.

Nice souvenir/ gift shop right downtown. They also carry some home decor. They have Pandora & other jewelry as well, including St. Augustine exclusive pieces. The staff was very polite, friendly, & helpful.
