I have to say I wrote a review about a day ago and I've been reading a lot of the negative reviews and the responses from the owner of the store named Danny. This man sounds to be the most unprofessional and undignified person to encounter. If you tell him something that makes him out to be wrong, or incorrect on a matter , he lashes out and acts angry. Take a look in the mirror, Mr. , why would so many people say this scenario happened if it didn't. You sir have no ability or capacity to accept any wrongdoing on your part. To even respond to the reviews the way you do is disgusting. It makes you look like a child.. Yes, I know you have a lot of customers and a lot of people like you , but you also don't do the right thing when someone challenges you on something that you did wrong.!!!! How despicable that you can't even grow as a human being . No one is perfect and neither are you. Whatever happened to " the customer is always right?" How about put down your ego and try to resolve the situation that is at hand . How about trying to have great reviews in every circumstance and try to never have a bad one. That would be an admirable quality, which I'm sure you're not capable of. Please don't respond, there isn't an answer in the world that won't make you look like the buffoon that you are. If you don't like this review, fix the problem and give me my money back. Try to be an honest person. Also , why don't you check all those video cameras that you say you have , and you will see the inappropriate behavior that you displayed. UNPROFESSIONAL! RUDE! LOUD AND THREATENING BEHAVIOR! Not a moral bone in your body.

I came in for a small visit, which was to put a charm on my charm bracelet. There were quite a few people in line in front of me who seem to be regulars, and this gentleman, as it appears to be a fixture in the community for quite some time as well.. the jeweler said he started out as working for Walmart in Palatka. He has a watchmaker on staff . He does custom jewelry orders , laser engraving and pretty much anything you can imagine. I decided to get a charm for my bracelet custom ordered he's going to order a state of Florida charm for me and then engrave my wedding date on it. I charged me 10 bucks to put my charm on and look at a locket on my bracelet as well to see if it needed to be repaired . He did not take upfront to order the gold charm for my bracelet, and said he would text me when he got it in; a couple of days he said. The gentleman was very kind, personable, and laid-back . He works really quick. He has plenty of jewelry for sale as well in the cases . Anything you could possibly want. But he also custom does anything you can imagine.

The Jewlry Hospital: Affordable, courteous and fast service ‼️ When I was about to walk out, I reminded owner and assistant that “the ONLY WAY to the Father up in heaven is Jesus Christ; And, they were delighted with the message ‼️ Also, the owner commented how someone recently asked him “if he thought of himself to be perfect”; And, he answered that “the ONLY PERSON ever most perfect than anyone was not accepted and HE WAS KILLED for everyone else’s sins and imperfections‼️???❤️?

Great service and probably one of the coolest stores to buy something unique and vintage. Great group inside too. Definitely check this one out.

This is the real deal. If you are into ship wrecks and Spanish treasure this is like a museum you can by the displays. Its educational and a lot of fun. The owner is a treasure hunter and he and his wife are really nice people.

Just a really cool and unique place. Mark has been friendly and informative the 3 times I've been in. I could just sit in there and listen to the stories. Maybe after this damn COVID they could host a cocktail hour with stories and we could buy something when the story hits the spot!

Our 16 year old grandson came down from Ontario to visit us for 10 days. One of the places we wanted to show him was this antique store where you not only can go back into history, but actually own a piece of it. Many items in this unique store have a history attached to it, whether it be the ship that the Roman jug was salvaged from or who owned this antique gold coin. Besides antiques, there are many pieces of art and decor for sale. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. It's experience that shows us all how times were different back 100s and 1000s of years ago.

Some weeks ago I sent an antique pocket watch in for a broken hairspring repair. The watch was returned to me in excellent shape with the balance wheel having a great motion. The charges were very reasonable, and the owner a pleasure to deal with. I'll be sending more down!

I was in St. Augustine from Virginia for several days and made it a point to visit most of the landmarks, points of interest, antique stores, etc. in the area. Visiting here was by far the most memorable part. It was like stepping into a museum, but being allowed to purchase the items. Highly recommend for anybody who travels into St. Augustine. The owner is very engaging and interesting as well...

If you are interested in old ship wreck treasure, this is a good place to stop. They have a bit of everything, from coins, jewelry, bottles, armour, you name it. They also have estate jewelry as well. Staff, can't remember his name, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Any questions, he was glad to answer. Even seemed happy to let you know what was going on. Not bothered or pushy. Lots of history here. Well worth a stop, maybe even buy a piece.
