The customer service at this company is excellent. accommodating and responsive to my questions. I Had a 5 star experience with Mr. Gary also. He was very easy to work with going out of his way to assist me and answer all of my questions. The facility is clean and very easy to access.

Truck had roaches!!!**** roach crawled out the ac vent & another crawled up my leg. Immediately drove the truck back and was still charged $53.99 . I Was told they spray the trucks with pest control once a month and I would not be refunded.

moving truck had roaches, we drove up the road and turned around and are still being charged $53.99 and a $40 contract fee and $14 for gas non refundable

The only issue is there's a homeless woman spending her days there drinking and talking loudly on her phone. She said she needs gas money and there's no where else to go besides her locker.
