My car wouldnt start when I tried to leave work so I called ALL towing and Matt picked up my car in less than 2 hrs. He even stayed and tried to help figure out what the issue was with it. I highly recommend to anybody needing a tow. Reliable and cheap

I am new to Saint Augustine and Matt was truly a big help. I wasn’t able to get my car started on a Friday, with three children. He was kind enough, that I was able to leave my car at the location so we could get home and he took care of the rest. He was so thoughtful that he offered to take my car to the dealership instead of my apartments just so I could save money. It wasn’t about the money, it was about me at that moment. I will call/refer Matt (ALL-Towing) for all my future needs.

These guys are great! We had two trucks stuck in a very precarious spot. Even though they couldn’t reach us Matt called another company with a different type of truck that could reach us. Blake from All Towing stayed with us to make sure we got out. Highly recommend Matt at All Towing and his company.

Superb experience! Answered phone immediately and gave a fair price. Picked up our truck on I-95 near Palm Coast and towed it back to St. Augustine. No problems and Matthew did exactly what he said he would do. He will now be our towing resource! I highly recommend.Service: Car towing

I wish there was a 10 star option. My daughter's truck got stuck in reverse and couldn't get it to shift back to park at all. Being 2 hours away, I hopped online to Google towing companies. I called ALL-Towing; Matthew (owner) said that for what was happening with the truck, he didn't have a driver for that type of tow at the moment but talked me through a few things it could be and referred me to someone That particular referral didn't pan out so I called him back to see if he recommended anyone else. He thought about it and said "let me finish this one and I'll be there in about as soon as I can". He met my daughter, was able to get it out of reverse and towed it away for a very reasonable price. I spoke to him as he was dropping the truck off...he was able to take some of the anxiety of worse case scenario away with his thoughts on what the issue was. Keep this company's number handy and make sure your college kids have it as well. Matthew is top notch in customer service. Thank you!!!!

If you need a tow, for whatever reason, I highly recommend All Towing. Matt is professional, courteous, and caring. Having just had major surgery myself, I was unable to assist as with no power my vehicle also had no power steering. Matt got the job done. He went above and beyond to make sure my truck got to the dealership for repair.

I’ve had my fair share of tows before, but this was the best experience I’ve had. Matt made me feel like family. Other companies will make you feel like a burden, this was more like a friend coming to help me out. Matt was he waiting at my vehicle with a smile on his face, and we got the whole thing done for half of what I thought it would cost but also in a 1/4 of the time. These guys are fantastic! They got to me faster than the expected time, they were kind and helpful on the phone and when they got to me. Blake is an awesome driver too. I’ve got a small space to try and squeeze into at my house and he navigated getting my car in there like it was nothing. I’ll definitely call them again if I need assistance
