July 5, 2023I honestly wouldn’t even give one star for this place. I am on simply on vacation shopping at Aeropostale at the Saint Augustine Outlet Mall when I was forced out 15 minutes before close. I was shopping for about 30 minutes when the “owner”, or so she claimed, was denying service. I walked in around 7:15 then at 7:30 they were already locking the doors. One of the ladies said “I’m not feeling well and this is my store. We are unstaffed so I’m closing early”. She raised her voice at me but never spoke any cuss words even though she was being extremely rude. There were two ladies working, one looked Asian and the other was white, both had black hair but I never got close enough to see their names. After I left, I went to another store and spoke upon my interaction. There, I was told that she told me a lie. I would suggest not going to this store or at least not to go close to closing to avoid rude employees that kick you out because they want to get home early.

Came in to purchase my daughter some new jeans. Was surprised that they had so many great sales going on. The store is very clean and the staff is friendly. My daughter was able to purchase four pairs of jeans for under $90. A little bit of a drive but worth it to receive such great pricing.

We had to wait in line outside to enter and were required to wear mask all to receive awful service. What a joke! I’ll keep my conservative money!

The service was horrible. Everybody was terribly rude in here. Fitting rooms are closed to due to the virus, so my friends and I bought clothes went and tried them on in the car and when they didn’t fit we brought them back and received horrible attitude about that. Will not be going back. I prefer the Ocala store.

If i could do less stars I would... worst customer service ever. Racist manager and poor treat to the customers. BE aware if you aren't the right color you will be blown off and will be treated like if you are a little less than nothing. They refused to give me names of whom I was speaking with and were told to speak properly because my accent. They stole from us by doing 2 authorized transactions and refused to help us to get our money back. My sister is morally devastated by the racist and unfair treatment she received from the manager and the clerk. I spoke on the phone with a person who refused to give her name to me under false accusations. By far the worst experience I have ever had in my life.
