Stopped in with our 2 dogs. Excellent customer service- would recommend to anyone solely based on that! You can tell the owners love dogs and love what they do! The products were all great and such a good selection. Got to meet the shop dog Sasha and she was perfect! Will definitely return!!

We visited this adorable little shop back in August with our dachshund and had the best time! They have a wonderful selection of food, treats, clothes, toys, and unique pet gifts! The owner was present and so very nice to chat with. We can’t wait to come back next time we are in town!!!

The service was great, I got exactly what I needed and the man working at the counter walked me through on how to use the product. He was helpful and polite, and he even gave me a free frozen dog dessert and water before I left. My dog loved the dessert and I loved the service, I recommend this place for anyone.

This handsome boy is perfect in all ways but walking. He pulled and pulled and pulled with his 90lbs of muscle. Problem solved with this corrective harness the staff recommended. Worth its weight in gold! He also warned me of a respiratory virus, told me to not let my dog use the public dog bowls and handed me a cold bottle of water for my dog.

I love this store. You can feel the dog love when you come in here. If you bring you pet with you where ever you go, then you must come here. Get them a pack, some travel gear and don't forget the treats. There is so much gear you can get to ensure your pup is ready to go.

Love this pet store and owner. Stopped in today just for pup ups. He always goes above and beyond, making sure I had napkins and wet naps. Always a great selection of toys and treats for your pets.

LOVE this store, highly recommend. They are so awesome and knowledgeable. They have given me guidance on many things, including taking time to look at my dogs allergies and giving me advice on what options I have for her. I feel like they have a lot of variety in the store as well, it isn't just all the "usual" things you see at pet stores.

Well, sadly we have to say that the Clerk, who could be the owner was unkind, rude and lazzy. One of the worst costumer services that we have had. We were looking for dog seat belt leash and this person did not want to walk us to the store and got mad when he had to come to us and explain where the item was. Zero charismatic and kind. We bought a shoes bag and had to return next day because did not fit in our dog. Guess what? Bad bad attitude.Please, be kind, be nice with the people, it is true: a smile can change the world; it is easy, it is free.

This is a hidden gem in downtown St. Augustine. We are new to the area and were in need of our regular raw diet for our dogs. We special order our food and pick it up when it comes in. They even bring it out to your car if you don’t need to go in the store. Michelle and Leo are great to deal with and are very helpful with any questions you may have. We highly recommend them for all your pets needs.

Would rate lower if I could. Clerk was extremely rude and harassed us in the store. We were looking at the back packs and my brother who was 6’6’’ carefully got the back pack off the top shelf. Clerk stood up and yelled over the counter, “anything wrong with the one on the bottom”. Yes, there was the only one of that size on the bottom, that was a nasty tie die color. We kindly didn’t say anything back because we where, unlike him, raised right and did not want to start confrontation.
