EXCELLENT market @ 111092 Spring Hill Drive, Store #0708. Moved to Florida two years ago and Winn Dixie is our #1 go-to store for all grocery needs. Just love shopping here. The store has quality meats, seafood, and tons of BOGOS which helps to save money. And if they do not have what you need, just ask, and they will do their utmost to get it in for you. They go that extra step to make sure you are satisfied. Just a great atmosphere, every aisle is so neat, and impeccably clean. They recently had a Customer Appreciation Day which included free snacks, raffles, and face painting for the kiddos. What a great day. They are always doing special events in front of the store and the proceeds go to charity which is so admirable. Even their displays inside the store are always amazing. You can just see all the hard work that goes into all they do for their customers. More importantly is the staff. Every cashier is always so helpful and friendly. And the Management is superb. There is not one person in this store who has not gone out of their way to assist us. Thank you, Winn Dixie, for all you do.

Win Dixie sucks !!! I had a handful of items and it was 15 min prior to closing but when I went to the registers there were several employees leaning up against one of the back self checkout lanes (and they were cashers) who advised me that there were no cashiers available, and I was only self check out. I said that sucks and stood there and asked if there was anything that could be done? The lady told me no. I sat the items down and started to walk out but turned around and said that this was the the first time a store would rather have me walk out than one of the self check out attendants offering to check me out. The lady gave me a blank stare. I asked for a manager and she smiled and said I'm the manager. I said there is no one above you and she replied no.....not now. I asked when she said the stores manager John would be at work tmw. I asked when and she replied 11. I then walked out and from the outside took the picture of the woman in question at the register and walked away. She then came running out and yelled "I hope you know that's against the law!" I replied "taking a picture?" And pulled out my phone and started taking the second image of her as she went back in and headed to her office I assume. Unbelievable!!!

Pharmacist are very professional at all times, give you the most brightest smile and always have positive answers of assistance. Most times have all of my prescriptions on a timely basis. The Pharmacy Assistance are very helpful, quite patient and greet you with a warm smile at all times. I have been a customer for some years plus and don’t plan on skipping out now.Five BIG BRIGHT ? plus and counting…..

This is my very first time to write a review for any reason. I am so upset of how my transaction transpired this morning at Winn Dixie 11092 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill FL. I always shop at Winn Dixie for meats. Yesterday 2/4/2022, I bought 2 packages of ribeye steak and when I got home, I realized that I forgot to use a 20% off coupon I had for the ribeye steak that expires on 2/5/2022. So, I decided to return on the morning of 2/5/2022 to receive a refund of the 20% coupon and purchase more steak with it. The cashier, Sherri, asked for help from another associate named 'Shelby' to process my transaction. I told her that I would like to return the purchase I made yesterday and repurchase it together with the other package of ribeye. She said she will apply the 20% coupon I have. Unfortunately, she did not! She acted annoyed of my request to the refund and then I will buy it again in that manner I can use up my 20% coupon on the same transaction. Since I gained that coupon from my past purchases it's a shame that I was not able to claim the discount I deserved as a Winn Dixie customer. I am more upset of how the associate, Shelby, handled the situation than the discount I did not gain. This time I am talking about the importance of how to be pleasant and know how to handle situations like this in the job you are at. I did my math while I'm in the parking lot. To me, there's no sense talking to somebody and explaining it over again. It's a very simple math. You need to learn the skills of being a good customer service representative as you represent the company. I am not please at all!

This pharmacy does not carry important medications in stock. The staff is friendly but every time I have a script sent here they never have it in stock. The worst part is that they then tell you they will have it in a few days on the next shipment and when that day comes they still don’t have it. It is at this point now you’ve waited 3 days past your fill date on a promise and they still don’t have any of the medication and they have no explanation for this. I then have to search for other pharmacies and call my doctor back and wait several more days. So i highly recommend you do not use this pharmacy because they are extremely unreliable.

HORRIBLE PHARMACY.. Krishna in charge of the pharmacy told me when I called up to see if we could get it in the pneumonia shot because we were told on Saturday to come back during the week one day and then we do take walkins and to stop in after work ..she said they were all booked up I said do you take walk-ins she said yes but we’re all booked up I said but I see appointments online she said but we have walkins now I said well can he come in she said he can come in but he’s gonna have to wait. he drove a half hour after working 12 hours and he’s high risk when he got there they said you can’t get the shot because it’s all done online he said I don’t have access to online she said well we only do it online which is a lie so she sent him home instead of saying you can wait since he is high risk they don’t care. PLUS NOBODY WAS THEIR AND SHE CALLED THEIR NAMES AND NOTHING

They are so helpful,knowledgeable and kind. Willing to explain things if you have questions. Debbie and Krishna are the kindest and sweetest pharmacy ladies I have ever met. They are fast in filling prescriptions when they know you are waiting. I would highly recommend them.

This review is for the Winn Dixie bakery on Spring Hill Dr. Spring Hill FL. I ordered a chocolate sheet cake for a birthday party the day before needing it. It Was Absolutely The Best Birthday Cake I've ever had!!! The cake -the frosting- decorating was excellent. 20 people, all raved about the delicious cake and wanted to know where it came from as it was exceptional. Over the years, I have ordered many cakes, but none compare to this one. I will use this bakery from now on for my party and cake needs. Sorry to say - I had no leftovers to enjoy another piece. Great Job to the Bakery Dept. Thank you!!
