If you want customer service, don't go to Wal-Mart in the springhill neighborhood store. I tried to use the cashier register, but the cashier didn't show up. Then, I went to self checkout. After ringing up my own groceries and paying for them, I look over my shoulder to find 2 cashiers digging through my cart. Never once said anything to me. When I asked if they wanted my receipt, they got nasty. Maybe with Walmart prices, it doesn't come with customer service. Good luck..

This Walmart really dropped the ball by changing their self-check out set-up. I just left the store and it was AWFUL. They changed it to an isle set-up with only SMALL check outs and it created LONG lines that went into the adjacent isles not allowing customer to get through with their carts. The two employees working up front were just talking with each other and doing nothing to assist customers. Upon leaving the store, I made a comment to them regarding how awful the new set up was, and the response I received from one of the two employees was a laugh followed by "I agree." The management was no where to be found. Until they change their set up, I would highly suggest avoiding this location at all costs unless you want long lines and waits and a maze to shop through.

This Store Started off Great! then they became more worried about making everything Self Checkout so they dont have to pay people to do so! Also they Never have ANYTHING in stock even if the Website shows it is in stock and can be picked up! The Freezers are Empty! Shelves are Empty! When you ask about something you see on the website they just Shrug and say if it is not on shelf it is not in stock! this place needs to be closed! Waste of Land!

Watch your charges on your cards peeps - they double charged me for a grocery order - went into the store with proof when it was discovered - they said there is nothing they can do - went to my bank and had to file a dispute for the charges now will take up to 2 weeks to get my money back that the thieving store took! This happened 2x in the past week alone! I work in retail they could do a charge back but they refused! I presented all the proof they needed but the response was "tell your bank - we don't do that!" I won't shop there any longer! I now have to wait up to 14 business days to get my money back from my bank - This is ridiculous!! and ILLEGAL!!!

Went here after the power came back in from the storm. Had to restock my fridge. The store was not that busy let the 2 check out lines were very long. The cashiers were busy talking to the people about the storm rather then checking people out. I used the self check out and needed help. I had to wait for someone to call someone else who needed yet someone else to help. What a waste!

I used self check out this morning and needed assistance from an associate as directed by the self check out register. I looked around and saw someone walking towards me. No expression on his face at all. So I'm not sure if he was walking towards me to assist me or not. He came up to the register punched in his ID and cleared the system so I can proceed with my transaction. What made my experience bad, was that the man walked over and did not say one single word to me. Not hello, not good morning, not I'm here to help you, not your welcome when I said thank you. Not a single word. I have never experienced anything like it. I feel as if I ruined his day! This is exactly the type of employees that give Walmart a bad reputation. I will pay a little extra and shop at Publix across the street and enjoy a much more pleasant shopping experience.

Nice store. Just like Walmart only better. They sell things you need. They don't have the unsavory customers at night like Walmart. My only complaint is I wish one was closer!!

This new Walmart Neighborhood Market is up and running and it seems like it's a good addition to businesses in the area. I like that it's open 24 hours, which seems to be a rarity around here. The rotisserie chicken is better than what you'd get at Publix, in my opinion. It's juicier and has more flavor. I also noticed there were a few items I haven't seen at other stores in the area, so it's worth stopping in to take a look around. Checkout was a lot quicker than my past Walmart experiences. Definitely a store I'll frequent.
