This Walgreens never has enough staff in their pharmacy. Waited for over 30 minutes just to pick up prescriptions. When you ask what's thaking so long they would say their just shorthanded. This seams to always to be the norm at this Walgreen. On a scale rating 1 - 10 this store gets a 1 for very poor service.

I have never had an issue with this pharmacy..if anything, they always go over and above for me.I know it's going to be a little bit of a wait in the drive-thru. I go there expecting that.Our little Springhill is growing and it seems like everyone is in a hurry to go nowhere.P.S. See you at the red light ?

Store : 7305 Springhill dr, 34607 I always having to call to see whats going on with my medications and constantly doing their job and contacting my Dr’s just get my refills rolling. They have lied to me several times about sending requests to my Dr’s for refills and never did. I have been getting my medications delivered because I have no vehicle and can’t walk for years. Then my Trulicity they say we can’t deliver them but yet been getting them delivered from Walgreens for a year and just got my monthly supple last month. Like why would i lie about that. They tell me their records don’t show if I picked them up or had it delivered which i find that hard to believe due to paper trail, fees and records hahaha im so done goodbye no loyalty or compassion! They rather fight and argue on the phone instead of researching and try to understand the situation like they have been trained to do. Ridiculous customer service behavior, unprofessional. Good bye you will not be missed.

This location is a total joke. Dropped off a script at 6pm. Tiffany asked if I want to pick it up today, I said yes. She said come back after 7, we'll be open late. Didn't mention they close at 8pm....who closes at 8?! I came back 8:45 to find them closed. Asked the supervisor what they can do, they offered absolutely no help. And its the day before thanksgiving....and theyre closed. Tiffany is a complete joke and always has a nasty attitude. Every. Single. Time. Never coming back.

Literally was in the line at 7:47.. they close at 8 . Waited behind two cars and when I finally got to the window it was 7:58. They already had the window boarded up with no one behind me .. it’s seriously rude and unprofessional. They should’ve served me and Boarded up behind me I was there before 8. Period

Walgreens drive thru window at the corner of spring hill Dr. And Pinehurst is so slow, it's worse than being stuck in traffic! If you're in a hurry, you're better off going inside.

I would recommend this Walgreens to absolutely everybody, the customer service here is the best. Very respectful very kind and attentive to our needs, they helped us out with pictures for a birthday, let us use there scissors and was very patient with us. Barb was the one to help thank you !

This place is a joke,my doctor called in a script at 10 in the morning,i started calling about my script at 3 ,five hours later and still no script so I drove there to talk to a pharmacy tech at 5, seven hours later,only to find out that my insurance company is not contracted with them, so no script, I had to switch to cvs which is contracted with them,a courtesy call to let me know would have been nice.fu@$&#k WALGREENS

This is my go to Walgreen's. I visit this store at least once a week. They ha e a little bit of everything you need or whatever you need in a pinch. It's clean, love the service, parking is decent. No major complaints here! I appreciate how nice every one is!

Last night went to be pick up a prescription 8:45 p.m. pharmacy pharmacy was totally lockdown going to get necessary meds which are eye drops plus a antibiotic for eye injury I was told my prescription will be ready at 5:30 no call to confirm couldn't get through on telephone so I show up at 5:30 meds are ready in which should have been that come get it with being eyedrops and antibiotic do I prolong and wait for the call never know call show up at eight forty-five pharmacy's already shut down screw donmez have eye doctor appointment at 9 pharmacy don't open till 9 so let's hope I don't lose my vision or get an infection this will be the last time I use Walgreens pharmacy on spring Hill drive near kass circle

This is a very neat clean and well arranged store stock is above average for Walgreens. The employees are always friendly, but laugh in knowledge of product availability and location in the store.
