Stopped taking BCBS HMO. Didn't see that stated on website when scheduling appointment. Would not allow self-pay. Miss the former clinic before being taken over by Advent.

Would not take my prescription because it says 2023 I had discharge papers and my hospital band still on. Asked if she could call the doctor to verify she said no. My doctor calls it in. No we don't do that Seriously go to another pharmacy. Not to mention the rude cashier hiding and pretending not to stare at us as we're walking through the store.

This review is directly for 'AdventHealth Express Care' which is being housed inside of this Walgreens location in Spring Hill. Although I had no issues with Walgreens itself, there's no way to specifically call out this AdventHealth location unless I review like this.I came into this location for a simple physical. As a previous guest there, someone's who's had the same physical done two years ago for the same reasoning is now being denied because of what the physical is going towards, my statewide G license and my agency application to start my own agency. I was specifically told, because it had to do with firearms that AdventHealth's new policy goes against it. I clarified that the type of physical is no different than a basic one for anything else and I have been there previously for the same thing... but because it's specifically related to being a licensed armed professional, they refuse to do it.Talk about discrimination @ it's finest.

The lady who checked me out was very nice. Also, this was the first time i've used a truly clean public toilet in years. I noticed they have a system where the employees sign off on a chart on the door whoever last cleaned it... Just saying, the system works! Noticeable difference from the average public restroom here.

Literally just went here to fill a script from the er. Pharmacy is not 24/7 by the way. But, the cashier was very kind & helpful. She went out of her way to help me find some things to help my son.I think it’s important to recognize people for going above and beyond, I believe her name was Shelley, thank you so much :)

Incompetent and dishonest pharmacist. Pharmacist got caught in a lie and continued to abuse her power; refused to fill a medication for me "because she needs to protect her liscense" . A pharm tech whom was reviewing the case with me got yelled at by her to get off the phone with me now. Manager had no idea how to manage the situation and refused to call my doctors office back for verification. Pharmacist does not know how to work nursys.com to verify a license and does not understand the NCBSN codes for RN and APRN, accused an APRN of not being eligible to prescribe a med. Does not understand that each time a nurse upgrades their credentials that a new liscense number is generated. Even so, the (federally regulated) website understands that people don't know this and provides a "number of individuals" attached to a name. She failed to see this guide on the boards website. She continued to lie and raise her voice, and even hang the phone up after shouting "I'm DONE!" Finally accusing my NP of not being who she said she is for being from Nigeria- I am still without medication and unable to go to work until I have my meds d/t my condition. This was the SECOND pharmacy I had transferred my script too because of the consistent discrimination. I am curious if this could become a lawsuit? Anybody?

My Sister thought she had Covid, should have got results by 7pm and they NEVER Gave results. UPDATE corporate office called, the store said that their systems were having issues and that was why they were missed. The store did reach out to her and tco the results.
