I went 15 minutes before closing (as my daughter had just gotten out of hospital) no one in the car line... No one in the waiting room.. and pharmacist had zero orders to fill. He refused to fill it saying he couldn't could 30 pills in only 15 minutes.... Are you kidding me? So he said go to CVS at four corners! So glad he did as they were actually willing to do their job and in a friendly helpful manner! Team cvs from now on!!

Best pharmacy!Walgreens store #12391 there pharmacy team is just amazing, they filled my prescription with no issues and the same Day ! while every other walgreens/pharmacy where not willing to take my script not to mention they were very rude, with no compassion or understanding of my situation. i wish all walgreens pharmacy's operated at this level of service! big Thanks to Pharmacy manager Jonatas Chaves, Jordan and Jonathan! Truly the best in class and service! 5/5 Stars A++Mr.Rizo

Store is in a intersection making it convenient to get in and out fast. The selections are fine and wait for medication was quick but they didn't have the script- it took three days for it to come in and it's just blood thinners../ Are these special hard to find pills?? Prices are bit high, but it seemed high for a lot of local chains in this area (cheaper up north). Two 2 liter bottles of coke $5! Wow- you pay for convenience..

They're constantly refilling scripts that have already been filled. They lost my meds and wasted my time. I'm done. Years of this and I'm over the incompetence!

Pharmacy that doesn't fulfill doctors prescriptions is not a pharmacy at all. People need prescriptions for a reason, usually a health problem right? What's the point on getting a prescription if the pharmacists won't provide the medication? I was forgetting the robot impersonating a person that took my call. No emphatic what so ever, rude, unprofessional. I don't understand what's happening with this people lately, but depriving a sick person from a medication extremely wrong! Liars also on top of everything, from tech's to Managment as well. Watch out for the tech miss Hang, she's a liar, big one!!

Same thing I have been going here for over 10 years all of a sudden I go to get my kids asthma medication 24 hours after doc confirmed he sent it,,,.the crazy B***** in the window Dianne said I had no insurance , no account, no nothing where are they finding these incompetent people.? Whats worse is the dam attitude with customers. The dum b**** arguing finally the manager comes and finds all the prescription in two seconds... Fire the crazy B***!

I scheduled a Covid test that is required for travel to Europe. The test is to be taken within 48 hours of traveling. Walgreens advertises you get results within 48 hours, but I was told I would get results in 3 days. In addition to that, I never had to provide an ID, so I could send anybody else to get tested on my behalf. This makes the test completely worthless.

This Walgreens is undoubted one of the worst stores in the state of Florida. In particular, this store is abnormally slow especially at the drive through window where they are doing covid tests. I was in the drive thru line for nearly 40 minutes today. I'm not looking to transfer all of my meds to another drug store.

We have to give a shout out to Marianne at Walgreens store number 12391, we went in there today to have some pictures made up off of a telephone we were totally ignorant on how to use the equipment Mary Ann was extremely busy but took the time out to help us instruct us show us how it was done and even offered to print the pictures while we waited my wife and I cannot say enough Walgreens you should be proud of Marianne to be an employee which is why we deal at your drugstore for all I help related needs

I won’t use this pharmacy again. Had a prescription sent there and they couldn’t find my insurance. I went down in person and the lady (Dianne I believe was her name) told me I had no insurance for prescriptions. Know I know I have it all and told her who handled my prescriptions (Express Scripts) at least twice. Well she took my card for my health insurance and again said it does not show prescription coverage. She then said she’d have someone check it out. About ten minutes later she informed me all was well and had my medicine. She stated “The problem was you didn’t tell me you had Express Scripts” I said I told you at least twice and she indicated you never told me that. She was a very nasty person to deal with. I will use a competitor in the future.
