Their pharmacy service sucks! No communication at all!! My prescription was sent 24 hours ago but yet when I call for a status I'm told I don't have anything. Even after my Dr called and physically spoke to someone here to put in the RX order again! I called to verify they received it, I was told No. I questioned it, was put on hold then told oh yeah we have the prescriptions it was a verbal order. Like OK!!! why was that not relayed 24 hours ago but yet you still didn't work on the order or fill it??

Believe the reviews, I would give 0 stars if it was possible. They blocked my number from calling as my friends phone works perfectly fine. On top of that they're always super rude.

On more than one occasion they have given me someone else's medication or have given me two refills of one medication at the same time. When they mess up they cover up / fix their error digitally on the Walgreens app to make it seem like no error occurred on their end. I understand they are busy and everyone is entitled to making mistakes but these mistakes can be deadly for anyone that doesn't pay attention or is in a rush. I have also been given medication where the count is off - so if the refill is for 50 I have been given 48 for example. I will be going to a Walgreens closer to me from now on. I do not recommend this location and hope that this gets back to management so that they can better monitor their staff.

As a physician dealing with Walgreens has been a nightmare. You send a prescription electronically, they claim they didn’t receive it. If you call to talk directly to the pharmacist you end up put on hold forever. When you leave a prescription on pharmacist voicemail, they tell the patient we don’t receive one! I left an antibiotic prescription yesterday on the pharmacist voicemail. More than four hours later the patient was told we don’t have it! This morning the patient called me back upset because she thought I didn’t call the prescription I promised her. A few minutes later someone from Walgreens left me a voicemail telling me that the patient was waiting for the prescription. However, before I could call them back the patient called to let me know that they contacted her to let her know that her prescription is ready to pick up!!! Very unprofessional and poor service.

17 December 2021: If I could give less than that, I would. The nurse lied to my husband stating they were out of his medication and didn't know when they would have it in stock again. That was a lie, according to our doctors office, the doctor at this location does not want to fill my husbands prescription. So to leave a disabled veteran without prescription is disgusting and to any patient is disgusting because you don't feel like filling it. Would never recommend anyone to go here.

My husband and I made an appointment on line 5 days before to take Covid Booster. We arrived 15 minutes early as requested. We waited at the covid only window with our appt print out, our vaccination card, insurance, ID. The worker at the window asked us orally questions regarding whether we had covid or symptoms etc. It took her about 20 min to put in our insurance info, etc. Then she gave us paper work for which she had already asked questions. We were told to sit and wait for more paper work, a check list for why we were taking covid booster. We were the 1st people waiting for covid booster shots today. 3 other people came behind us without appts. An hour later, my name was called. The pharmacists had all the 5 shots in his hand along with a pen in his hand. Didn’t seem very organized or sanitary. He did not know where to put the info of 3rd shot on our vaccinations card. He also asked me several times where I had gotten 1st 2 shots. He seemed very flummoxed when answered that it was a drive thru spot in Orlando. No apologies were given for the long wait. It seems to us that a better system needs to be implemented. It was a very frustrating experience.

I'm at the pharmacy to have my son vaccinated. I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time per the instructions on the website. My paperwork was completed in advance. More than an hour later.... here we sit. No vaccine for us, nor anyone else that has been waiting for theirs. Perhaps I would feel differently if there had been no appointments set? Not a well run operation for sure.

Terrible pharmacy. Slow, pharmacist multitasks, thinks he's God Many times it has taken days to get insurance approvals. This location on Spring Hill Road and Anderson Snow Road needs to regroup and concentrate on serving customers. Always a long outside window line too!

Very frustrated with the pharmacy drive thru again today. there were 4 cars in front of me. I waited in line for 20 min and not even the first car moved! This has happened several times over the last few months and it seems to have coincided with some turnover they've had in the pharmacy department. I don't see any of the regular techs, pharmacists, or staff there anymore. it was nice when they remembered me, always remembered to credit my points, and were quick with service. I may need to start looking for a new pharmacy.

I have been A customer at this location since they opened. After today I will never return to the pharmacy location because of Juanita. Ever. The rudest unhelpful person you could've possibly ever hired.

The staff at the counter of the pharmacy are rude. I have been going to this store for two years and the staff are short tempered and extremely rude to the customers, each and every time. Actually watched one of the staff shuffle her feet to move slowly. Really? The pharmacist's are great. Stay away from this store, go to another Walgreens if at all possible.
