This was the best Verizon experience I've ever had and we've been customers on and off since about 2001! Nathan was great helping me decide on a new phone. He thought the Google phone would be the best one for me after I explained my situation. He looked at my account and got me such a great deal that I walked out with a Google watch too! After using the phone for a couple of weeks I have to say I'm really happy with it, he was right. The watch and I are still working it out, just a learning curve ?. I will be using this Verizon store from now on, the service is great. Nathan was really patient and answered all my questions regarding the phone and the billing. Just can't recommend him enough.

My sister and I went Verizon on Cortez we were very disappointed we were treated rudely and it was if we were wasting his time. We went to the Verizon store on 19 by staples in Hernando County. We were greeted and the Gentleman Dale who waited on us was polite. Friendly. knowledgeable and solved our problem. It was a pleasure doing business here. I would definitely come back when we are ready to update our tablets and our phone. I would also say everyone in the store were very friendly.

Had the pleasure of Nathan W helping us switch from Spectrum to Verizon. Very knowledgeable and took the time out to answer all our questions. Port in of our numbers was extremely easy, both of our new phones are major upgrades from previous. Will absolutely look forward to working with Nathan again for any future sales/upgrades. Thank you!

Linda gardenek was at Verizon working with Dale Madden m a d d e n at the Verizon store on commercial Way in Spring Hill Florida. This young man is very sharp helpful and kind. He thought about it and figured out the problem when we could not even come close I highly recommend him.

I was fortunate enough to work with Nathan today! I went into this store thinking I was going to have to pay for a replacement phone out of pocket. (I had been told by someone else I did not have insurance, and I was not eligible for upgrade).Instead of just selling me a new phone and enjoying what I’m sure would be a nice commission, Nathan had the integrity to research my account and find out I DID HAVE INSURANCE! He even took the time to help me file my replacement claim, Thank you! He ended up saving me hundreds of dollars and earned a loyal customer.

Michael D assisted us with several questions regarding travel outside the US and some issues with my husband’s phone. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained things in a way that we ( not subject matter experts ) could understand. He evaluated our plan and applied some options to reduce our bill. It was a pleasure working with him.Thank you Verizon and Michael.
