Ran into Jerry ... my father and I .... had a situation ... very friendly and professional .... and very patient .... he took the time for our situation ... Thumbs up .. also .. we went back to verify my father's usage, and once again, they fixed it .. so far .. so great ..

Dale and Angel did an absolute incredible job on trying to troubleshoot a situation that I was in.
really pleased with the customer service and the hard work they put in to make sure everything was finish and completed before I left. I would totally recommend family or friends if they need Verizon support.
