Simple, a lost package with a check inside and sensitive information and it is lost in the mail facilities, they wipe their ass with the claims. The last thing they send me to make a claim online and the page is not available, it is as if they are playing with you so you can stop making complaints

I’ve had nothing but problems with Brooksville post office constant issues with their drivers hitting my mailbox so when I drive home and see this 2 miles from the house couldn’t help but laugh. July 29th 2024 6pm Great judgment call here

The hours read till 7 pm,I call to make sure there's physical people there to help me,before I drive 15 minutes,and all they want to talk about is COVID shot,and stuff I don't care about,never got my answer,never got to speak with a person,none of the options were what I needed,what a waste of 20 minutes on the phone,poor service
