Romeo was great! He is clearly management worthy, super nice and engaging. If HE was running the place this store wouldn't have 2.2 stars on their Google reviews.

*** EDIT *** The owner thinks 3.80$ for a peice of tape is reasonable and justifiable based on their response. This is how you lose a customer for life. Do know I am still in the process of filing a complaint with ups head quarters. Not that it will get anywhere but I hope your franchise location goes under. And based on your reviews it will. Good day god bless
0 status if I could lol. Been going here for years for whatever, mostly amazon returns in the last couple. I always print my labels, and qr codes, and bring boxes when need. These jack wagons tried to charged me 3.80$ to TAPE my own labels on my own boxes. Excuse me?! I understand if I didn't bring a box or a label, but freaking tape?!?!?! 0 stars if I could, terrible customer service. Glad the other customer in the store agreed with me and said something to the workers. The sad part is this is the same gentleman who has been here EVERY SINGLE TIME I have returned or done this. But this time he changes his tune? He tried acting like it has always been this way. I will turn every one I know away from this UPS location as the one right down the road took all my products without charging me 3$ to tape my own gosh dang labels on my own boxes.

Ray does NOT need to be anywhere near customers. He talks to you like a drill sergeant. Told me they couldn’t ship the package in this box because the label couldn’t be put on it , and had me arguing with him before I asked if I could just put the box into a shipping bag they sell which he said yes. Maybe START with the solution instead of just telling me you can’t ship the item and talking to me like I’m a soldier in war. Get ray off the front desk. Worst UPS store in Florida.

Customer service. I observe, while one of the gentlemen helping an elderly lady and he wasn’t very nice to her. No compassion that the lady may have needed extra help and that the lady was bilingual. May not understand English 100% and I was also very disappointed with the service that I was given the way I was spoken to better yet in a harsh tone to the point.

HORRIBLE experience, I’ve dealt with many UPS stores in all of south Florida especially in Miami and this is by far the WORST one I have been to. Staff are incompetent rude and disrespectful, they will argue with you to prove their point have not one ounce of dealing with customers and have no experience in customer service. The owner of the franchise should look into this as soon as another ups store is open until 7 this one will lose business with me. I bring business to this store all the time these people don’t know my face but the owner is making good money with me and I forgot to tape up a box one time they charged me $2 to tape up the box… I was like are you serious? I always bring you business and you’re going to charge me $2… then they said they will lose money if they do that and asked if I wanted to buy the tape. I had to laugh because what is this a sales attempt to get me to buy overpriced tape? Is this store that broke. I have 3 stores in Miami and if it were the case I’d say don’t worry about those $2 cause shoot I know this customer is coming right back and bringing his business. Shame. There’s a semi bald guy with blue eyes that has personal feelings towards me because he straight up lied to me and said I couldn’t ship out a certain box but then he shipped out a woman’s box which was exactly the same as mine but tried to convince me it was because of some other reason, now when he sees me he won’t even bother to say hello or have an ounce of respect.

I've used this location to ship packages, drop off Amazon returns and the Notary Service. Never any trouble! They do get busy.

I equally don't understand the low rating for this store. The staff here are INCREDIBLE. Romeo needs a special call out for being utterly professional, knowledgeable and extremely calm under pressure while administering to a notary task for us whilst simultaneously coaching and assisting his colleagues. He is a credit to the store and UPS - give him a raise! All of the staff are excellent, friendly and very helpful. This is our goto UPS store. Thank you guys!

Do not go to the UPS store they will charge you two dollars for $.10 worth of tape if you were doing an Amazon return and if you do not pay them the two dollars they will refuse to take the package but go ahead and process it with Amazon So Amazon will show that they never got your package for your return. I literally just had to pay the two dollars because he had already processed it and printed out the label.

The new staff need to be better trained, always busy here but now just an inconvenience, Caroline and Scott at least got things right. Now it's just slow and unprofessional. The young gentleman said I needed to pay to have colored battery warnings on my return, it's a return, the colored warnings were already on the box. Went down the street to the other UPS they agreed yes the labels were correct and my return completed. Stop trying to scam people out of money bogus fees.
