Lumi was wonderful to work with when purchasing our home. We were buying a home but we were in another state. She was very responsive and informative. Answered all my texts and emails the same day, sometimes within minutes! Who does that anymore?! She made time to do a FaceTime walk through of the house with us and any questions we had before and after the sale, she answered quickly. Gave us a lovely gift and even some items for our pets! James Jokel should not be a real estate agent. He called my realtor ( buyers agent) said we had a signed purchase agreement, failed to mention it was a counter offer. That should be first thing mentioned, but no had to wait until purchase agreement came over to find out it was a counter offer . Stay clear of this guy.

I cannot recommend Natalie Gorse at Tropic Shores as a realtor enough. Truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She is also so kind and patient. You would be in the best hands choosing her to represent you.

Awful experience, what a rip off , never was told that both sides of the fence was being handled by the same realtor nor that house was going FHA!!VERY DIRTY POOL,Plus gave a recovering Alcoholic a bottle of wild turkey has a gift for selling the house and gave wife nothing! Very sloppy!

Steer clear of Natalie Gorse. Called her about listing two vacant land lots that I plan to close on and resale and she was dismissive, rude, and hung up on me immediately after I informed her I was buying these lots for resale purposes. I have dealt with literally hundreds of realtors in my career and she struck me as one of the worst attitudes I have encountered.Tropic Shores need to do some quality control on their agents!EDIT: The agent in question has threatened by saying she is contacting her attorney and broker about "defamation" I assume to get me to delete my honest review.

We were assisted in the purchase of our son's house by Larry Eudaly. If you want to do all the buying work and pay a realtor you found the right person. He has been very unprofessional and quite rude. We still don't know what part he represents of the buying process . Tomorrow is supposed to be closing day and at 8.30 pm we still don't know at what time it would be.

When realtors advertise homes in deed restricted communities, they should be aware of the restrictions and follow them. I was trying to assist one realtor yesterday so he would not have to deal with the HOA. Realtors are allowed to put out 1 open house sign. He put out 3. Two of those were on our property (all HOA members property). I kindly picked up 2 and took them to him. I advised him 3 signs would be against HOA rules. I gave him the signs, he angrily shoved them back at me and told me to go put them back. I advised him that I would not do that since it was against our restrictions. He told me he had been selling property in this area for 22 years (although his realty license has been active for only 18 years) and he knew that he could put out 2 signs although he actually put out 3. I advised him he needed to look at our restrictions. He then told me to get out of the house and that he was going to call the police on me. He was hurriedly walking behind me to make sure I left. As I was walking out the door, he called the police and advised them that I had taken his personal property. I contacted the HOA President who then contacted the realtor and told him he had to take the signs down.He was rude, condescending, and childish to a respected member of this community. He did not make any points in this community by calling the police and reporting a (perceived) crime. I will continue to discourage people from using your agency.
