“Called and gave description of daughter’s transmission issues. She doesn’t live at home ,so I had to make a decision on where she should take her truck.After reading the good and the bad reviews , I thought this was a place for her to go . I am a technician for an electric company working on heavy truck and equipment. So as a tech , we are weary of how shops can be. Honesty and craftsmanship is what we look for. I do not know anyone who owns or works there. This is not a biased review. My daughter took her truck there. They told her costs could be a fee from small to large.( I won’t publish the numbers but they were on par with what would be expected.) They gave the transmission a Quick Look. Made band adjustments. Which took care of the issue. Sent her on her way and didn’t charge her.i would give them more stars if i could. I know this result would not be the same for everyone, but please think of taking your vehicle here first before other shops. I am not saying that other shops would not treat you the same. I am just saying ,if I can’t be there to fix her vehicle for her. I will be sending her to this shop again . Thank you for everything and also how you were kind to my daughter.”

“I'll tell you what, these days it seems I do more negative reviewthan positive. I cant state enough how good with shop is. I had an issue with another shop where i towed my car to for service, but it wasnt the shop i spoke to. The guy threatened to call the sheriff and have it towed. I was 2hrs away working at a job i get up for at 4am 6 days a week. David at consumer car care understood my situation and got my car towed for less than anything I could find. Not only did he help me avoid a costly tow, he gave me a great price with great customer support. This is a genuine good guy running a good shop. He prides his shop on quality and not just getting cars in and out. I recommend beyond words to go to this shop if you have automotive concerns. This shop embodies integrity and service.
