“I'll tell you what, these days it seems I do more negative reviewthan positive. I cant state enough how good with shop is. I had an issue with another shop where i towed my car to for service, but it wasnt the shop i spoke to. The guy threatened to call the sheriff and have it towed. I was 2hrs away working at a job i get up for at 4am 6 days a week. David at consumer car care understood my situation and got my car towed for less than anything I could find. Not only did he help me avoid a costly tow, he gave me a great price with great customer support. This is a genuine good guy running a good shop. “I had an object in a tire and took it to tires plus for them to repair it. Although it was unrepairable, due to the object in the tire being too large and being very close to the sidewall. (It looked like a piece of broken off blade from a box cutter) the customer service by Fredy was awesome. I could tell he enjoyed taking care of his customers, from his pleasant demeanor and cheerful attitude. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this Tires Plus to purchase tires or get any other services needed.”

But there’s an apparent issue with the online scheduling program with double, triple and quadruple booking that the on site team has a hard time managing. On the customer side, it works well. But it’s not cool to be turned away from an appointment you’ve made and confirmed.”
