Nick has taken over this store and made it his own. Although my truck wasn't working properly due to age, his store runs like a well oiled machine.
Honest, direct, and more importantly fair. I look forward to bringing them as much business as I encounter. Plus they are a wonderful crowd to speak with no matter your knowledge of vehicles.

My kid went in for an oil change. Walked out with a $600 bill. Brakes, rotors, pads, $30 for dot 3 fluid. Pads may have needed replaced. That's $60. Nothing was wrong with rotors. Fluid is $5. Seems really shady to me. Unfortunately, I wasn't there when this happened. If you don't know anything about cars, beware, or have someone with you who is knowledgeable. I get it, business's need revenue. And I'm sure most places operate this way. Just be aware...

Horrible rude condescending front desk guy. I left before they did anything. I will never go back to this place. I spent 2 grand on brakes at a Midas in New York less than a year ago. I even brought in my warranty and receipts. And was told I had a lifetime warranty on brake parts. The first thing this guy says is they will not honor my warranty and don't complain to them about Midas. That's not their problem.. One guy asks me my phone number and address, then the rude guy who said they won't honor a lifetime warranty. Asks me the same exact info the other guy sitting right next to him just asked. And then proceeded to double down on his condescending comments by saying. Im going to ask you even more questions you just answered to his coworker sitting right next to him.Don't go to this place. They are cold uncaring and could careless about their customers. Needless to say, these people didn't get a dime from me. And never will. NO I wasn't having a bad day and had a great rest of my day after leaving you rude man. I just don't let people like you get away with being rude and consedesending.?

I took my Jeep in there for the oil change and tire rotation. They told me I needed brakes,rotors,shocks, wheel bearings my Jeep was running fine no noises until I took it there now it’s making noises and if i could prove it I believe they did something so I would bring it back for them to fix they quoted me 904 well I got news for you all not bringing back there ever if I could give them 0 stars I would

People were super nice! When I walked into the store and there was a pretty difficult customer but they still were able to provide great customer service to me, even though seconds before they dealt with a pretty mean person. I got my oil change and tire rotation done pretty quickly.
As a girl with her first car I am nervous of shops taking advantage of me, but I came in thinking my breaks needed to be changed changed as well and I left with them assuring me they were fine.
Super great people who don’t try and pull a fast one over on clients by telling them there’s an issue when there isn’t.

So i got a wheel alignment and was told i can have as many as needed within 6 months. Then i go and Ken tells me that’s not accurate but don’t worry he will give me one if needed.
So i call less than 3 months later and he completely denied he said that and told me i have to pay for a failed job the first time on my wheel alignment. Good job bud. Now you lost a customer due to your failed job the first time around

My manager recommended me this place to go to for one of my tires. Beyond speechless of the treatment Ive received! Ken literally made my day by complementing my "Richies cheesesteak work shirt" and died to try the sub. So i had one in my car and gave it to him and knock mostly half off of my tire. Was originally going to pay 150 but paid 120. You are a phenomenal person Ken! Will definitely be back for the recommendations you gave me that I need done on my car. ♥️♥️♥️♥️
