OMG I Just left there and still in shock, it’s 11:50am, about 5 people trying to get in and the door is locked, and no sign on the door. Then another lady walks up and I said, “I think they are closed” she gave me a filthy look and continued to unlock the door!” No, “Oh I’m sorry, I ran out for a minute,”or tell me that she was an employee of the store, just blew me off and acted like she was doing everyone a favor for even letting us in! I asked her why she would close during the day like that, and not even put a sign in the window??? She very rudely stated that she was getting a gas delivery and said the F word to me! I don’t care what you were doing, at least put a sign in the window! I fill my Jeep there once a week, $100. That is $400. a month she just lost them for calling me the F word! I will tell my family members as well, I don’t think my kids will be too happy with you talking to their 60 year old mother that way!

The Sunoco gas station on Spring Hill Dr gave me the wrong pack of cigarettes today. I didn’t notice till I was a few blocks away. I go back to tell him (older white male, bald head) that he handed me the wrong ones. He told me nothing he can do about it. I told him it was his fault. He said he don’t know if I tampered with them. I told him they are sealed and he still refused. I told him I spend money at his store close to everyday. He swapped the cigs and said it’s always “you people”.(I am a Person of Color) I asked what he ment by “you people” and with a nervous laugh he said the customers. He then told me he will never do anything for me again. I had to remind him that “us people” that shop at his tiny beat down gas station that carries 10% of what other stores do are the people keeping him in business. Everyone needs to know his comments, and response.

Love the new renovations. My brother has done a wonderful job with this gas station, I couldn't be more impressed with how smooth this business runs now. Thank you for providing jobs to the local community and providing upstanding service to the neighborhood.

Very haphazardly, badly run convenience store. They have posted hours but they never adhere them. Arrive there at 9:45 p.m. on wednesday night already closed. I pointed at the hours sign and they said it is their time it's 10. I don't know where these people raised or what they were taught but there's NO SUCH THING!! There is only one standardized time. I have no objections of a business wants to close at 9: 45. Post your correct hours how is anybody supposed to know when you're going to be open if you just ad havockly set a clock in your business on a time that doesn't exist!!! Last time here I always tried to support the local business over 7-Eleven but you just never know when they're going to be open or closed.

Never keeps posted hours. Open and closed at will. Supposed to be open till 10 pm. But always closed early. Poorly on run business.

Horrible service. I went in today at 6:50 there was a sign up that said “Will be right back” the lady seen me so she put out her cigarette and I made my purchase well I left and decided to run back in for some lotto tickets and she said to me “your gonna have to wait” she seriously put her sign back up and went around the building to finish her cigarette. A guy also left who was waiting to pay for gas. Never seen such a thing.
