Being self-employed, my husband and I thought it was going to be very difficult to find a lender to finance a home. Chris was extremely helpful during the process; she made sure I was always informed about everything. She was very attentive and responsive to any questions or request that I had. Moving from Michigan to Florida was stressful but she made the house buying process much easier. I would highly recommend Suarez Home & Finance to anyone looking to purchase in the area.

AMAZING!!!! I have been working with Suarez for the last 12 years and it's ALWAYS been so seamless, pleasant, and a great experience to homebuying. She helped me buy my very first house at 23 years old and has been with my family through the years. She and her crew have really hustled to make our dreams of homeownership come true. I was lucky enough to work with Chris and her team when I had a deal transferred to us at Veterans Escrow and Title Services from another company. Most lenders would have been weeks to get it closed with the change.Chris and her team were right there every step of the way. Always answering the phone and emails. They made sure the deal still closed seamlessly.I would recommend them highly and know that when I see their name on a deal that it will all be done correctly.

That friend who is always there for you- that's Chris Suarez and her amazing team. I first worked with her thirteen years ago, and that experience left an indelible positive mark.
