I literally was told, that people pay to have their lawn mower repair EXPEDITED and they go to the top of the list for said repair. We've been waiting since last Monday and had to pay a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT $60.00.

I brought a generator in but I thought just needed some work at quoted me one week. I gave him a call back a week and a half from the date of the quote. A girl that had no emotion or caring towards my needs blurted out oh they didn't tell you it's going to be up to 3 weeks. I almost went and picked it up but I figured the other places for going to be just as long so I left it there and it set for another week before they looked at it to tell me that it seized period i I placed a deposit down the day of drop off and when they told me it was seized I was nice and said just keep the rest of it for the parts and then I asked about the deposit and she said no I'm sorry that's unrefundable. When I left the deposit no one said anything about that. It's terrible customer service I highly recommend not going there. I'm a veteran of the United States Army Blackhawk aviation and infantry and I also taught school for 4 years in a grade School capture card out of the military. I was raised to be clear with what you're saying you speak I mean what you say. Absolutely unacceptable. I know that I misspelled a few things because these people don't care about me so you get the gist

They have my lawnmower for over 2 months for repair. . The parts still not in. I requested my mower back. I paid for pickup and delivery. They never called back.
To owner I appreciate your response. But I am still out of $120 for nothing. It is taken 2 week after i originally requested my mower back. I had to have someone mow my yard for 2 months. $300. A good business would not be charging me for delivery. I'm still waiting for the email that the mower is unrepairable.
I was told numerous times you would look for a new distributor. Rita finally found someone who had the part and they promised is would be in July 15. I even agreed to pay for the inflated price. A good business would have absorbed that cost. But you must need the extra money.
And did you offer to put the drive cable on. The part you did receive. The Drive cable. ( supposedly) so I did waste a $60 deposit for diagnostics. A partly repaired mower would have been good. A little communication would have went a long way.
So my frustration with you is valid.
Well Monday July 22 you said my mower would be delivered today. I said I would pay you ransom via check. Still no mower!
So glad the owner BOB " hates people " and it shows!

At the start of the heavy mowing season (April 20th) the carburetor cover of my Ryobi Gasoline Powered Trimmer came off. I took it to these guys and they reinstalled it quickly and at no charge.

I am giving 2 stars only because SHOPE was able to get warranty repair covered however in June of 2021 I took my Snapper mower purchase on 2018 into the shop because it failed to start. The repair took 2 weeks and they indicated that a "Flywheel Key" had sheered off. Roughly a simple repair and an inexpensive part probably around 3 dollars. I should note here I have been in my same home for 21 years and had a previous Snapper that was never repaired for any reason at any shop so its strange since I hit nothing and all my blades are fine that the pin should sheer off to begin with the first time. Based on the fact that I was told what was repaired I investigated the "Flywheel Pin" on my own and determined it failed again as of 5/30 2022, just under a year.
Why this would fail twice is odd. I called to speak to the manager and was told 30 day warranty on repairs. I was disappointed with the manager who asked me to bring it in (A big Hassle ) why would I bring it to you again for the same repair that you only warrant 30 days on I thought, besides the fact the repair failed. We were both pleasant about it but clearly she was not going to stand behind the repair. So this is my review.
Think about this. Suppose I took my mower in the end of summer last year. I wouldn't know there was a problem until the spring most likely well past the 30 days.....
Most places one would think would give a year. Or maybe 6 months but 30 days is not acceptable. I will not be bringing my mower back since this is not good customer service.
UPDATE:
When I went attempted to remove the flywheel which houses the key I placed my wrench on the 15/16 nut expecting a fight and it was simply never tightened, it was so loose no wrench was not even necessary, the pulley tool wasn't even necessary as well.
What I found was the replacement key (See Picture) they allegedly replaced was completely mangled. I have to assume its because they failed to tighten the bolt, now I understand the 30 day warranty a bit better, sadly this is the way I had been using the machine for just under a year, and wonder what additional damaged this sloppy repair might have caused to my over 500 dollar mower.
