I had the most amazing service ever by mike the great he helped me out so much by showing were the stuff i would need are. He was always smiling and happy to help if i could rate it higher i would he really helped me out a lot and if it wasn’t for him the store wouldn’t be getting this high of a score

It is a Trashy place out side has trash all in parking lot the never clean the out side inside not much better
Was there 5/6 nothing changed still needs to be cleaned out side /parking lot plants around the street

This speedway is committing fraud. They are telling you your cash is fake for you can leave and they say they can’t give it back to you but once you leave, they put the money in their pocket

Drove here because price listed online was 3.39 but when I got here they were charging 3.49 ... gas station across the street was 11 cents cheaper.... crooks!!

The taller guy with they gray hair and braided beard was a straight rude an arrogant excuse for a human being. I simply do not understand how the rewards program worked and he was mean and nasty and there was no uneven behind me waiting so I wasn't holding anybody up. I have not encountered such poor customer service and rudeness for no reason in a very long time. He was rude, arrogant, completely disrespectful showing no customer service skills at all. I know people can have a bad day but this was beyond that and he had no reason to be so nasty. Any other speedway I've ever went to just gives a new card if you don't have one so I didn't think a big deal out of asking for a new card and he told me I would get him fired if he gave me one and they don't give out new cards and I was unaware of that because I've always gotten a new card if I lose mine. A simple kind explanation would have made me aware and then to tell me to join and enter my phone number would have been easy but instead he just kept being more and more rude. I wish management would review the video of 9: 00pm on 3 3/12/23.The day prior I went in and the gentleman was beyond nice and it was the best service I received and I happily returned since I just moved to the area thinking what a place and experience I had the night before but after tonight I will not be back.

The lady that was working at speedway when I was there was the nicest lady I've ever met second only to the lady that I gone to see which caused me to be at this place.

The person who's working on 9/26/2022 @ 10:30 pm was absolutely rude. My friend gave him the winning ticket for $40. Then my friend chose some scratch off tickets instead of taking cash. He scanned the $40 scratch offs then when my friend was ready to take them he yelled "I need money first!" My friend told him I already gave you my $40 winning ticket.. Then the employee yelled at her again "Go away!" instead of apologizing because he made a mistake. He should be fired for his bad behavior towards a customer. He's lucky it was at night time. I would have called the corporate office at that time. The guy had beard and gray hair.Upate... I filled out the questionnaire.
