I'm only giving 2 stars because of the nice items I bought. I was there and the register malfunctioned so it wasn't reading that I had paid for my items. So the manager's big idea was to charge me again. I was very hesitant since the first time the card reader told me it was approved. All because a receipt didn't print out in record time I had to pay twice for my items. I wasn't given any other options but to try again. Since people were behind me waiting it was somewhat rushed. My bank showed I was charged twice yet the manager kept pleading to me that he didn't want my money twice and that once everything went through at the end of the day I should see my money back in my account. Well, guess what! He was wrong! I was charged twice. My bank shows both charges as completed. So now I've been trying to call and the line is busy every time. I needed that extra money for gas to get to work. I don't have the luxury of waiting 5-7 business days for my money to come back to me. This shouldn't have been allowed to happen in the first place. I should've trusted my gut and not gone through with the second attempt! Terrible first time visit and definitely the last!

I choose my thrift stores for multiple reasons and this one ticks all my boxes. Clean, organized, great prices and selection, and for a great local cause. Plus the staff, mostly volunteers, are pleasant and helpful. Never had a bad experience at any branch, but this is my local one and my favorite.

I absolutely love volunteering at this store. Laurie and Anthony Julia Mike etc and more awesome people to work with. Very cool finds. This store gets all the best brand name stuff and we spend alot of time sizing, organizing, cleaning. It's an extremely clean and nice store. Great regular customers too. We take alot of pride in the store and making it a nice experience.

I was a bit disappointed that the inventory was not as well organized as the other store that I used to live near. But I found a few items that "I can't live without" - lol ?.Staff was friendly and polite. I'll go back and give it another shot... maybe they will take more time to organize items better soon.
