Usually a great place to buy gas, and definitely helpful staff. This could be the model store if it could continue to avoid the vagrancy that periodically occurs. The people as we all know makes or breaks this operation.
Sometimes their pumps aren’t working properly. Although rare, sometimes the LED screens and LCD displays simply don’t respond. We wind up having to go to another pump, but that’s not a big deal.
Upon arrival tonight the place was really dark. Maybe the timers for the lights aren’t set properly? After checking my oil and pumping some gas, the lights notably came on including the sign for the building. Interesting.
Unlike many other Circle K operations, the grounds outside the Circle K were definitely pretty clean. I noticed that the Circle K corporation may have put out a bulletin to make sure that the windshield washer equipment was properly filled and maintained, because this large location had plenty of washer fluid and solid squeegees on location! That always makes for a good visit. Not only that, they had plenty of paper towels to check the transmission fluid brake fluid and engine oil for my long trip ahead. I sincerely appreciate that.
The late night staff who in the past have sold us a few lottery tickets are also to be commended for their kindness and high-level of service. It looks to me like they’re back on track. Keep up the good work!

Men's bathroom was half closed and only semi working toilet was filled with a crap tha t would make an elephant green with envy....in this case it was a nasty overflowing brown.....won't be back because if the bathrooms are that bad nothing else is clean in the store. Gross just doesn't do justice here..

This evening my husband was denied the purchase of beer, a slushie and a 2liter of root beer because our 11 year old daughter didn’t have an ID to show. Since when do children have to present IDs in order for an adult to purchase alcohol? We frequent this location weekly to purchase gas and other items. The woman who wanders around with the hoodie on who denied it has even checked us out before. So what gives? Her being on an ego trip or new rules where parents can’t bring their kids in gas stations?

Got charged more for ice than a drink said something they basically said too bad. I told them the soda im machine isn't very tasty is why I bought ice and canned soda. Manager said cant do anything. I said could tell soda vendor he shrugged his shoulders... then the soda was mis priced then gave me a dirty look about it.

Filthy, Dirty, out of stock on most things. Every time I use the bathroom it’s usually backed up and waste water all over the floor. I’ve told the manager each time and she looks at me and rolls her eyes like I’m bothering her. How rude. But maybe that’s how she lives at home. She definitely doesn’t dress with clean clothing. She Looks like the bag lady out in front of the store that’s begging all the customers. The Managers are rude and when asking for help they act like you’re bothering them. Ive asked for products behind the counter and they seem to look for them and say they don’t have it. When I point out the product that I wanted, which is in stock, they get an attitude. There’s always boxes of product on the floor behind the counter and many times the product I need is in those boxes but they would rather tell me they don’t have it rather then open a shipping box with the name of the product I wanted. What a joke. Lastly, I accidentally bought the wrong product for my wife. When I returned to EXCHANGE it for the correct one the manager had no clue how to due it so she lies to me saying the Federal Goverment will not allow her to do that. I looked it up. She was lying to cover her none knowledge. How pathetic. The place is like a 3rd world country.

There was a bunch of people waiting the employee claimed the registration wasn't working but could do lotto. The store is always dirty there are homeless people living behind the store that are always asking coustmers for money but people shouldn't be forced to use the self checkout it should be opinional

Never have receipts stocked for pay at the pump. Currently this store is ot of regular and plus gas, but can't be bothered to hang a sign at the pumps to let you know. I wasted 10 minutes going through the card payment, and trying to get the gas to start pumping. After giving up, I couldn't then get the pump to cancel. I didn,t want to leave the pump open with the card in it, so had to go deal with the cashiers . 15 minutes late for work, just because they couldn't be bothered to hang a sign up at the pumps. Never going there again.

Every time I go in since you put in the self check out you can’t get help at a register today I stood there waiting for 5 minutes there was someone right there behind the counter on there phone and acted like they didn’t see me so I finally went to the self checkout and didn’t get what I wanted

Very clean Circle K has a beer cave large inside. Would recommend for all your Circle K needs.
