Boy has this place changed....not for the good. Have been a customer for YEARS... owner would not answer simple questions....reluctant to give out pricing information...etc...very odd. So long!

BAD NEWS ! worst customer service --horrible OLD moldy hay- was told by david the chore boy " you get what you get " and also by the pueto rican or mexican manager - i was not " allowed "to exchange my horrible "old" smelling hay "-- the rudest most unprofessional EXTREMELY RUDE people we have ever encountered !! the BBB has been contacted - so has consumer protection law advocates as well as our attorney general consumer advocates--- "legal" united states consumers have rights and laws to protect us !! attention serious horse owners-- do not do business w these crooks !!~i had a 5 minute receipt in my hands ! i did not like the look or smell of hay --i asked for a refund-- i was told " no -you get what you get " they then closed the hay trailer so I could not pick out my own bale of hay !! they forced me to take the bad moldy hay !! they don t want to sell the good bales - they want to sell old moldy bales first !!! not the consumers fault they buy 'bad hay ' !!! and try to pass it off to consumers!!! buyer beware of these crooks !! horse owners in the area have been warned !!! THERE ARE NO ZERO STAR REVIEWS OR I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN 0-- THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS DESERVES A BIG FAT , MINUS ZERO !! place should be closed down !

I go there for the first time Saturday, I got there 2:55, as I was rolling up my windows and locking my doors, a young guy, with brown curly hair come out, looked at me ( said nothing ) and went back in. As I walked to the front door. they shut it and locked it. ( it was wide open when I got there ) they didn't even say that they were closed. They seen me sitting there when they walked out. And said nothing. I knocked on the door. No one answered. I drove around the front and took a picture of the phone number and called twice to no avail. I called the following day and asked to speak with the manager. He knew I was going to call. The kids said I was out on my phone, and he let the manager know that I was going to call. I asked the manager how did he know if I was going to call and why would he know that. I'll tell you why because he shut and locked the door in my face and didn't even have the courtesy to tell me that they were closed at three. And the manager was quite rude. And I hung up on him and that was my first time and last time at the store. The manager told me that the kid told him I was on the phone for a few minutes before I got out. I tried asking the manager why didn't the kid tell me that he was closing? closed? He was already there he seen me. And when I called after they shut and locked the door on me it was 3:01 PM. Pretty shitty customer service. If I was sitting in my car for so long., how did I call them twice at 3:01. When I got there at 2:55? And I had to drive around the front of the building, to take a picture of the phone number to call them. All in a matter of six minutes. So if I called twice at 3:01 when I had the drive around the front to get the number in the first place, they closed the store early. I hope the owner sees this! Because if I was him, neither one of them kids would have a job. They need to learn customer service. PS you only got one star review only because I had to post a star to post this review

Recently moved to the area and found this feed store. The Spanish guy behind the counter gave us a good experience but today we came in and there was a older white lady that gave us nothing but a rude attitude as if she was judging us before we walked into the store. She was price gouging $20 extra on bales of hay compared to other local stores which is ridiculous and she didn’t understand the difference between the feed for kid goats and full grown goats. I’ll never come back here and will gladly take my business to the Winning Circle Feed Store which treated us very nicely, knew exactly what we we’re looking for and charged us half price of the same hay we asked for. Do yourself a favor and avoid coming here unless you want to be ripped off and treated like you’re d****

Randomly stopped to pick up some dog food. Picked up 2 bags of value pack orange bag. And asked for a roll of cow hay. I was told they wouldn’t load the hay on my trailer because their tractor won’t handle it. So I pay for the dog food and was charged $43.99 per bag. (Wow)! The current price at ranch hand in brooksville is $32.99 for that same bag of dog food. ?I called them and asked to return it because it’s way much more expensive than my regular feed store. They said no refunds what so ever.Definitely won’t be returning!Price gouging, and on top of that just flat out rude.

The vet that comes once a month is a life saver! She is amazing and helps out with vaccines for our dog for cheaper! We absolutely love Thai place! Thank you guys for all that you do!
