Probably the worst service I ever had I went to get my order at the curbside my order took 20 minutes to get to me I can 100% understand if they were busy but there was no other car to be found it was just me, when they finally brought my order there was this nasty plus size lady with an attitude I came down to help her and she said with an aggressive look on her face that she "didn't need no help" so I said no problem but she didn't needed to be that rude soon as I said that she went off on me saying that she didn't have time for my BS so I said to her you know what that's fine I'll loaded up myself to my truck and them I leave. I took her name on her tag and I went on my way her name was theo.

The worst. Was extremely busy which was not the issue . A girl in a green vest was so rude !! I asked a question. I was treated like I was stupid ! A short squat older lady at self check out acted like she was being funny when she was being rude !! She had too much make up on ! The whole experience was over whelming

Hubby and I joined this club several years ago at the recommendation of friends who live nearby. We absolutely love the rotisserie chickens that can make two meals for us, and the prices of most items are very competitive. However the quantity of each product is not small - best for a large young family or if you have another small household to split purchases with. I've noticed that fresh produce is not really a good buy because the quantity is too much for our small household, so it spoils before finishing the product. Gas prices are usually good, but I have noticed better prices at a location south of us for Sam's Club - if it's the same company why is Brooksville higher by sometimes fifteen cents per gallon? One star deducted for the gas price fluctuation. The newest thing is the self checkout - which I absolutely refuse to use - I don't work there! And then when leaving I need to show my receipt? When I get benefits from that system I'll use it - but until then I want the customer service we should all have and demand. I take off one star for this.Another major complaint is that none of the handicapped scooters have enough charge to make it one time to the back of the store and to the cashier area. Several times (4 or 5) I have been stranded when the battery fails and the cart dies. A complaint to the manager months ago did nothing. Maybe a lawsuit by an accessibility organization would have some effect. Disabled persons should be able to have access just like everyone else. Deduction of a star for this reason. I will return sporadically, but hope another warehouse club opens up soon.

We shop at this Sam's Club about every other month for a large grocery haul. We do not have a Sam's Club in our County and this store is the closest at a 25 minute drive. Most of the time this location is well stocked but recently we noticed some staples like butter, heavy whipping cream and eggs were hit or miss. So when we find these necessities, we now stock up so we don't have to travel again to shop. The store is clean, the employees are helpful and friendly- love the free samples to try items we have never purchased before. Their rotisserie chickens are big, beautiful and priced well. We always purchase one to eat that day after the long drive and shopping. We get a lot of other things besides food - Sam's has a rather large wine section plus they have a section for personal care and vitamins in front of their pharmacy . Then they have a clothes section, books and toy section near the outdoor section near the electronics. Anything you can think of they have - cleaning solutions, beverages galore. You can spend many hours shopping and discovering new items. After going through the check out line there is a small Cafe that offers drinks, pizzas, hot dogs, yogurt parfaits, a Ceasars salad, frozen yogurt, pretzels and Icees. My family always sits down and has a snack after all that walking around. One of my favorite places to shop and I look forward to one day having a Sam's Club in our County.

I'm not going to stop going to this Sam's Club. Some of the folks there are amazing. I sure wish the leadership team would get the food court program dialed in though.Went there today for store items and grabbed lunch. Speed of service? Zero out of 10. Cleanliness? Terrible. Trash cans and drink station filthy. Like health department violation dirty. Only and inconvenience, but most of the drink dispensers were nonoperational and there were several shortages of product.Sorry if someone feels like they're being thrown under a bus. This?! from a top performing fortune 500 company?

Terrible service! Rude workers! I'm 7 months pregnant I had my truck towed here they told me they couldn't move my truck into the bay without ruining my rim so they wanted me to pay $1000 for tires but then also have to replace my rim! They shouldn't have a tire center if they can't put a spare on or get a vehicle into there bay from 5 feet away!

Recently they started again the requirement of showing your card to gain entry. Not a big deal however creates a delay to start shopping. The employee was happy to blame the Corporate Nazis for this resolute requirement. I told her, who the heck can buy anything there without it at checkout, so what was the point? "It's a membership" don't you know lol. Oh wow! I pay for the premium service however that doesn't get you the best prices or choicest products. For 7 years now this outlet lacks stock on many products so you cannot blame supply chain issues, more like lazy corporate store management. I find many necessity items available at local stores for less. No membership required. If Costco opens an outlet here on state road 50 in Spring Hill, Fl this particular store will wither on the vine.

Tire center is terrible! Rude employees! They don't know what they are doing they shouldn't have a tire center here or they should hire new employees that know how to do there jobs!

This store has a good selection of products and foods at very reasonable prices. We believe the rotisserie chicken at 5 dollars each is the best deal in the whole store! The employees are all very kind and helping. We really like the drive-up option, after we have made our purchases on the app. Just wish they would be able to have more stuff, including certain foods and chicken, available for drive up.

This place is a joke, the smallest club I've ever been to, and the manager is a jerk. I had a problem and was told by him that I was more than welcome to go shop at BJ's or Costco (which there isn't one with in over 50 miles of this place) maybe if there was one this club would be shut down.

Sams club is an amazing place to get all your daily needs for cheap! I had lunch there and the pizza combo was only 2.50!

They need to open more registers, but I avoid the unbearable lines by getting my shopping done when they open. The prices are OK for some things but for others it just makes more sense to shop at Walmart. It's kept clean and they offer a variety of items.

This review is for the gas station, because that's where I go the most. Tip: go early. They close pretty early and are very busy, usually about 2 to six cars deep per pump. Will update review for the store itself when I shop there, hopefully soon.
