Bought what was supposed to be Wahl clippers and turned out to be trimmers in Hudson yesterday. Had to go to Spring Hill. Went to Sally Beauty to return the trimmers late afternoon yesterday so I could get clippers. The employee said they would not accept returns. I explained, I just bought them and did not use them. Shook her head no. She was not professional looking or acting.I went back to my car and called Hudson Sally Beauty where I had purchased the trimmers. She was shocked. They DO accept returns especially in my situation. I will be returning them to Hudson today. Sally’s does not have a no return policy on certain items.

Karrie was absolutely amazing. I dyed my hair myself and she gave me all the the products to correct it. Turned out amazing!!! What a life saver :)

As a hairstylist I frequent this store. I’m always happy to see Gabrielle, who is so helpful…. From nail polish to color. Sunday I went in after a coloring debacle. She set me up with the right color and bleach to fix my problem. The color came out beautiful, just as I intended and my client and I were super happy. Thank you Gabrielle for always being so full of knowledge ❤️

Let me just start by saying Liz was SO helpful when I came in. I was completely clueless, as it is really my first time bleaching my own hair, and even though I did some research I was overwhelmed immediately. Liz got everything I needed and gave me some great advice and offered to help with advice whenever I needed it. I can't recommend this place enough just on customer service alone. Ill probably update with a pic of how it turned out soon.

I went the day before yesterday and honestly for the first time I wanted to trust someone in this store on fixing my hair and making it how I wanted it and it went not so good. Went today and follow instructions again and I ended up having the worst experience I ever had with my hair. The color came out not even close to what they told me. My hair ended up fried and with multiple weird colors. Horrible!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I don't usually visit this location as it's out of my way but with my location being closed for renovations I took the drive and was glad I did.

The nice lady working today Saturday 8/27/22 (couldn't find her name on the receipt) greeted us as soon as we came in - was super helpful! & attentive... Even reminded me to grab something that I had forgotten. She had colorful hair! 5 stars.

Friendly knowledgable salespeople who help U find what U R looking for. The store has many beauty items not found in many other places; with great affordable prices. I will be making this store my new go to for fun hair and beauty products! This time I found the eyes patches for crows feet n purple ,semi permanent hair tinted all at great prices! Fun!

Went in to return a product that did absolutely nothing as it states it would. I tried to explain to the older woman with blonde hair that I would like a return and she kept arguing with me about why the color remover is adding color to my hair...um what?! she then went on to insult me for returning a product that did not work at all for me. Sally's has always had that policy don't love it and return it and she did nothing but argue and insult me the whole time. left with no refund. Went to a different location to return and had NO issues. I love this location but this woman has NO customer service skills!
