There were many issues with my truck and a new upgrade. John kept me updated on progress and pricing. All work was completed as stated. The truck runs great! I anticipate it to go another 200K. RDI will handle the maintenance and any future repairs going forward.

Drop in my motorhome for a diagnosis on a leaking power steering gear box and without touching the component to find out the problem, just want to charge me close to $ 5000.00 but, have to pay for a assessment over $ 700.00. The problem just need the upper seal replaced.

I broke down on Friday before labor day weekend had to get to Jacksonville to reload. I called Ryan at RDI. He arranged the towing to his shop. Before the wrecker could get unhooked Skip and the guys had the hood up and working on it. Had me on the road in 2 hours. Great people I would give them 10 ?

I took my truck to this shop as the reviews made it sound great. My experience was not as I left feeling scammed. Took truck in to have turbo checked. Tech insisted it was the solenoid. Told them I really think the turbo is the issue. Tech once again said it was the solenoid. Over 800$ spent on a new one only to be told the next day it was the turbo. FYI a new turbo comes with a new solenoid. Over $1300 later truck is worse then when dropped off. When I went to pay I asked to speak to the owner,who needed up being in a meeting until closing, I requested a call from him to discuss my issues with the shop. I’m still waiting 5days later. When truck was picked up the driver side interior door latch was now broke. The tech was asked about it to which he lied and said it was like that. Sad part is the tech did not note the door handle being broke anywhere is in full report of issues. After the lie the tech told claiming the door was like that I fully believe I was completely lied to about the solenoid just because they tried to get as much money off me as possible. Especially after being quoted for a new turbo at $6000+. after all this the word of mouth from many other diesel owners is they are the most expensive dishonest shop In the area. I wish Google reviews were more honest and didn’t allow negatives to be removed. I wish this shop knew how to properly check turbo issues.

These guys were great!! I had a engine cooling problem that i had been chasing for awhile. RDI diagnosed the problem to the cooling fan clutch. They replaced the clutch and now my motorhome runs cool as it should. Just wish they were closer to where i live because i would use them for all my diesel needs.
