What a great place. Stopped in with a drill issue and had it figured out within minutes and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. I'll definitely be going back whenever I have any drill issues or when I need a new tool. The selection of tools is vast. Super friendly and knowledgeable guy I dealt with.

Came into the shop today to pick up a tool and the man behind the counter (Ed) was knowledgeable and professional. Helped me get the exact tool I needed. Today was a random stop to see if the store had what I needed at the last minute. I’ll visit again. Thanks for being local.

I can't speak highly enough of how professional and courteous Ronnie and his staff are. I brought a DeWalt drill driver in for a collet repair. Price of repair and turn around time was perfect despite being so busy. They are also super knowledgable on the durability of many of the name brands. They switched me over to the Red tool line and Ive been very happy ever since. Every time I enter their immaculately clean and Red (lol) show room Im greeted with a smile. I feel so fortunate to have them here in our city.

If you own a power tool of any kind and are anywhere near Spring Hill, Fl.... R&R is the place to get it fixed. Josh is friendly and professional and goes out of his way to help get the services you need. Also, this is THE place if you're a Milwaukee fan. Though nobody could carry everything Milwaukee makes, these guys come close.

incredibly friendly and Knowledgeable I spoke to Ronnie about purchasing a Makita Concrete saw used that looks to be in new condition, but before purchasing i needed to be sure I could be able to get it serviced. The saw was for sale by another store & Ronniewas professional and explained to me everything to look out for and whata good saw would run like and what are some of the pit falls to watch outfor. Loved his Professional advice and he took the time out of his busy day to speak with me right away about the Saw.
