Made appointment, fasted!! Sign in and says I had no appointment yet I have a text stating the date and time. Zero staff to help. There is a glass door with a lock on it so you cannot even try speaking to a human!! You call the number and yet again cannot speak with a human!! Don’t bother!!!

I attempted to make an appointment and it didn't process in the system. So I was then moved to a walk-in status. I waited longer than anticipated, however the manager handled this in a swift fashion. There was another walk in who was screaming at the staff. The staff member was very understanding and still advocated for herself. The manager resolved the situation and ensured his staffs safety. This was handled very professionally on all aspects. I have gotten all of my blood work, glucose testing for my pregnancy completed at this location. I highly recommend using Quest.

This quest lab at Seven Hill Spring Hill fl is excellent! Clean. Efficient. For the life of me, I cannot remember the staff member’s name. This was the second time he drew my blood and he is excellent! Makes you feel at ease…makes you feel welcome and he sticks you right the first time.!!!!!

Experience was bad when my appointment time came up they took me to back. Lady that took me said she didn’t have access to help me get test done then when she asked other employers they said unprofessionally oh he has to wait instead of accommodating me I am here on appointment not a walk in and then another lady says I’m not even supposed to be here and if it wasn’t for Craig he took care of me and is very professional

Checked-in via message link (yay, less human interaction!)
Waiting room appeared a bit busy, so I was surprised when I was called almost five minutes before my appointment time.
Technician was clear, precise, approachable, and did perhaps the most perfect sampling (to be fair, nearly every experience with Quest has been great, but this technician proved in this instance to be the best of the best with respect to drawing blood).
I would say, by any regional standard, this particular operation has superior staff.
I'd paint the interior and brighten it up, but ultimately the most important thing is the service which, again, is consistently superior.
