Ordered food days ahead of time and was promised and time it would be done..no call or any reason behind it . Literally gave phone number and said any issues please call so have 300.00 of other food in car .now to sit here and wait 30 or more minutes maybe.for food to maybe be ready.asked why it wasn't and got a oh idk excuse ..we were busy ..that's why we order ahead ..why order ahead if it's not gonna be ready till who knows when..and all my food in car cools down .sitting here waiting while the party is started now ..standing in store and no manager or nothing ask is anything wrong sir .

We get subs all the time from publix however this time was the best experience we have ever received. Logan was not only friendly and professional but personable an we didn't feel rushed like we usually do when ordering he was happy to cut certain deli items an even explained more items/subs publixs offers too! It's nice to find a good employee that cares
